Experience all that Asheville has to offer. Restaurants, breweries, music and the vibrant art scene are all within walking distance from this beautiful one-bedroom condo. Located in the River Arts District of Asheville, you will find yourself perfectly situated for your daily and nightly excursions.

The River Arts District offers a multitude of artists where you can wander from studio to studio. Afterwards, you can relax with a beer or coffee as you decide where you want to eat. Downtown Asheville is a very short distance away offering more restaurants. The South Slope is also close by and is home to many of Asheville’s locally owned breweries.

For outside adventure, you will find hiking, biking, tubing, zip-lining plus skiing in the winter only a short drive from your condo. The Biltmore Estate is also only minutes away.

The condo is recently renovated and offers a king-size bed, open living space and a fully equipped kitchen along with an outdoor patio. Linens and towels are included. You have an outdoor parking spot situated steps from the entrance door for your convenience. A laundry room is available in the building for your use.

Most of our guests return and it is always a pleasure seeing familiar faces again. We hope to see you soon.

Fantastic Place!!!

Fantastic place (Very clean and newly renovated with new appliances and furnishings)!! Exceeded our expectations. Great location within walking distance of many good eateries and brew pubs. Nice little coffee shop across the street. Owner was very polite, friendly, and accommodating (Provided us with in-door storage for our two road bikes)! Most definitely we will rent this place and location again next year. Thanks, Ray.
