Great Memphis property
Sweet spot near Rhodes College campus and Overton Park. Bill is a great host and was very attentive via phone, etc. Highly recommend!
Fabulous - beautiful gardens and home decor. Highly recommended.
The gardens on this property are fabulous including a koi fish pond and antique brick walkways. Everywhere you look there is something interesting to explore from the plants to the wrought iron to the cement planters and statues. The home itself is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G, again with so many things to explore. The art and decor is superb. Everything is clean and fresh with plenty of towels and amenities. This owner takes pride in this rental; he has set the bar high. This is definitely a 5 Star - A+ Rating.
A truly unique vacation rental
This is not your typical VRBO. The property is stunning. The house and gardens are decorated with artifacts that the owners have collected in their travels over a 40 year period. There is so much attention to detail everywhere you look. The outdoor space is huge with several seating areas including a covered patio. The garden is full of beautiful flowers, fountains and trees. The house was well stocked. The kitchen is a little small but it's got everything you need in a vacation house. Bill and William, the owners, were so gracious and helpful. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Memphis.
A Wonderful Place to Stay
This is a great place to stay in a very upscale, very quiet neighborhood. Wonderfully decorated. It is close to a city park and the Memphis Zoo. Many families walking and biking in the bike lanes in the area. Our host was very friendly. Owner left orange juice and bagels in the refrigerator. 10-15 mins from Graceland. We would gladly stay there again. Thanks, Bill.
Beautiful,warm and cozy!
We So really enjoyed staying in such a beautiful retreat setting. Very comfortable furnishings and beautiful artwork to enjoy! Not to mention the gorgeous garden setting! We hope to return again before too long! Thank you for everything Bill!
Bill and William could not have been more gracious. Their sweet cottage provided every amenity to make our stay enjoyable and a treat.
The garden is stunning and truly a labor of love with many sweet little nooks and crannies for quite reflection and a fantastic deck for a glass or two of wine.
We all agreed that we’d stay here again and highly recommend this very special place to stay.
