Beatifull Country Side Niacarguan High End House

Gerardo and Maria Rene are beautiful people and they very welcoming to new guess. The property is a beautiful house in the country with all the advantages and concord of an American house, it has beautiful gardens and the house is decorated beautifully. The room have nice AC and very nice quality beds. It is locate 10 minutes from Managua and within a close proximity to supper markets and restaurants. The house feels like you are in the beautiful Nicaragua rain forest, it is very privet and sefe. Also the location is great to tourist Nicaragua without having to go through the traffic of Managua. I definitely recommend this property to any family traveling to Nicaragua.

Our family has lived in Carretera Sur through the decades. We love this neighborhood.
We live in a separate compound adjacent to the property. We welcome guests from afar with open arms. We love to entertain and welcome visitors from all corners or the world (and many times, fellow Nicaraguans who return home to visit family).

Maria Renee is an artist and you will see all her work throughout our property. Her style is vibrant, rich in color and symbolism. Following her art, Maria Renee is extremely passionate about her garden, which will embrace you and captivate your senses once you stay in one of our properties. Gerardo has spent decades in management and academics and now devotes most of his time to graduate teaching and consulting projects. Both were born and raised in Nicaragua and love to travel, and agree that there is nothing like being home.
