Was very hospitable and cooperative
Fantastic place for calming down
Great location and very quiet. Diverse farm animals as well, with a number of free range chickens, guineafowl and peacocks.
Range of wild birds who “visit”.
My husband, I and our two girls stayed in this beautiful cottage for 2 nights. It was perfect. Brownie and Peter were Very accommodating and made our stay very enjoyable.
We loved the surroundings and girls had fun feeding chickens, sheep and the lovely peacocks.
I would highly recommend it. Perfect for a little get away. 😀
Very peaceful little cottage with all that's needed and no electronic distractions.
The bed was really comfortable, the shower hot and strong. Close to town and quiet base to explore the region or chill.
We had a wonderful weekend escape from city life to this great little cottage nestled next to the River. No wifi, no mobile reception, no tv. Just what you need to reset the clock. The cottage was clean, comfortable and toasty with the wood fire much appreciated. The perfect spot for reading a book or doing a puzzle. The bed was wonderfully cosy... a little too hard to get out of in the mornings. Peter & Brownie were friendly hosts and looked after us very well. I would suggest taking a Bluetooth speaker if you enjoy some music. Otherwise sit back, relax and enjoy the peace and quiet.
Hi Jan, Thank you for your review. We do hope you will come back for another visit! Cheers, Brownie & Peter...
we totally enjoyed our stay , beautiful atmosphere , room was tastefully decorated and the house was way beyond what we expected , the breakfast was more than adequate
