Fully Remodeled, SKI-IN SKI-OUT, 2 bedroom, 2 Bath, Juniper Springs Lodge Condo

This condo is new on our program this season, and we have had a couple complaints about this mattress, consequently we are replacing this mattress this week with brand new. We hope that resolves any concerns related to this guest's experience with this otherwise beautiful property.

If you're concerned about the mattress, or have questions/concerns about any of our more than 50 properties in Mammoth, please call our office. We have staff 7 days/week from 8a - 8p who'd be happy to discuss your plans, and answer your questions, before you book any of our units. Additionally, if you are in a unit and find a mattress too uncomfortable, please call us and give us a chance to help. We try to keep mattress toppers, roll aways, and even new replacement mattresses on hand so that we can help in situations like this. Unfortunately this guest didn't give us that chance or we might have changed the mattress while they were here (we had the new one in stock).

We are just coming out of our busy winter season, and we routinely examine all the units in the spring to make recommendations to the owners about the furniture- at the same time our properties are actively used by their owners and the furnishings are their personal property and taste. The furnishings in this unit are much higher end than the typical condo in this complex, and while it isn't new anymore, it is in good condition and well made. We generally have sofas, etc. cleaned at this time of the year, and will certainly do so with this unit to make sure any issues are properly addressed. Additionally, we will address any issues resealing the wood floor by the shower (we try to schedule minor cosmetic repairs such as this for the off-season so we don't interfere with our guest's enjoyment of the unit during the busy winter season).

This unit has been FULLY remodeled. (A comparison of the photos to other similar rooms in Juniper Springs will confirm that). Specific upgrades include: an entirely custom kitchen (floors, cabinetry, fixtures, appliances); new custom built-in cabinetry in the living room/entry; a completely custom (floor to ceiling) stone fireplace/surround; BOTH bathrooms (updated floors, counters, fixtures, shower tile); and there are upgraded hardwood floors throughout. I'm not sure what else one could do to make it more renovated than it is without changing the walls.
