The Levy House is conveniently situated on French Street in the historic district of downtown Breckenridge and is steps away from shopping and dining.

Located one block from local favorites including the new Breckenridge Arts District and Backstage Theater, The Hearthstone, Fatty’s Pizzeria, Twist and just two blocks from the center of town and Main Street.

This home features two bedrooms on the main level, each with a queen sized bed, and a bunkroom upstairs with three twin beds and two trundle beds. There are two full bathrooms, one located on each floor, and many improvements including new hardwood floors, updated bathrooms, flat screen TVs in the den and bunkroom and a gas fireplace for those cold snowy nights.

Skiing is a breeze with the free local Breckenridge bus stop across the street. Buses run often and take riders to the base of Peak 9 or the Gondola.

If after a long day on the slopes you'd rather prepare a meal in the well stocked kitchen - there are two grocery stores with in a short walk of the home.

The location can't be beat. Main Street - and everything that includes (dining, shopping, festivals, night life) is just two blocks away. Skiing is easily accessible via the free town bus - which stops directly across the street. Ride the bus to the base of Peak 9 or to the Gondola.

Don't forget to checkout the Speakeasy Movie Theater - located directly behind the home in the Breckenridge Library.

Location is everything!

Cute and quaint property in great location. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen had necessary utensils and there was parking in the driveway. We walked everywhere and it was on a bus route. This was a perfect house for our weekend stay! Kevin was also very accessible and willing to answer questions.

Gorgeous place right in town!

We loved this place! We were able to fit several of our friends and with it being walking distance to just about everything Breck has to offer, everyone was satisfied. Kevin is a wonderful host, too! He is extremely organized; and we were traveling with a pregnant woman and he was able to offer us advice for her first time in altitude. Can't beat this!

Perfect location with all the comforts of home

We were a group of nine friends from all over the country coming in for a long ski weekend. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The location is walking distance to everything in town, when we parked our cars the first day we never touched them again. The home is very well laid out, and we never felt cramped with nine people in the house.

In an effort to save money we planned on cooking most of our meals, and were pleasantly surprised by how well the kitchen was stocked with high quality cooking implements!

I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone going to Breck.

Adorable and cozy historic home in Breckenridge

We had a great stay in Breckenridge with our 4 children. The house is located in the historic section of town, which is extremely walkable and close to the grocery store, library, restaurants and shops. You could walk to the lifts (which we did) or take a local shuttle. The house was extremely clean and stocked with all of the essentials. Kevin, our host, was great in helping with information about the town and was responsive with any other needs. We hope to return soon!

Loved it!

Gorgeous place very centrally located. We had a group of 6 and loved our stay. Three bedrooms, one of which had 3 single beds with trundles so there was plenty of sleeping space for everyone. Kevin was a great host!
