About this property

Apollo2 Beach House-Apollo Bay.

Enjoy a relaxing and comfortable stay in this new stylish house that is elegantly furnished and well equipped, located in a quite seaside haven of Apollo Bay.

PLEASE NOTE: Linen is not provided however, we can arrange for linen to be provided at a small cost.
This spacious 2 level, four bedroom, 2 bathroom home is ideally located some two hundred meters from the beach and a short stroll to the shops and cafes.

On the ground level there are three bedrooms, a bathroom with spa and a separate toilet room. The laundry is also on the ground level and has a door that leads to a small covered deck that leads to a small veggie patch and a secure private court yard and to the clothes line. The Laundry has washing machine, clothes drier, Ironing board and Iron.

On the upper level there is a spacious balcony, with great views of the Otway Mountains. This balcony provides a wonderful outdoor entertaining area that offers the opportunity for loads of relaxed family holiday fun. On this balcony there is a seven burner Gas BBQ and a 7 piece outdoor setting.

In addition to the balcony, the upper level consists of an open plan kitchen, living/ dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, fridge, dishwasher and electric rice cooker. It has an electric oven and electric hotplates. There is a breakfast bench with three bar stools and a round table with three chairs.

The Dining area has a dining table with eight chairs.

The Lounge area is furnished with a lounge suite made up of a three and a two seater leather couches, a leather arm chair as well as, an Ikea couch that opens up into a double bed.

In the lounge area there is also a 50 inch Plasma T.V. and a CD and Video Player.

The upper level is cooled and heated by a reverse cycle air conditioner.

On the upper level is where you will also find the master bedroom (bedroom 1). It has an en suite (shower, vanity and toilet), and a walk-in wardrobe.


Bedding etc:

Master Bedroom (Bedroom 1): Queen size bed with doona and pillows. Has its own lock and key.
Bedroom 2: Queen size bed with doona and pillows. It has a 19 inch HDTV and has its own lock and key.
Bedroom 3: Queen size bed, with doonas and pillows. It also has a 19 inch HDTV and its own lock and key.
Bedroom 4: 2 single beds with doonas and pillows.

Other Important Info:

LINEN:

* Linen is not included however, should you require linen (Pillow covers, sheets and towels) it may be able to be arranged for a small additional charge.

ADDITIONAL PERSONS CHARGE:

Should there at anytime, be more persons at the house than the number of persons approved, the additional persons charge will apply. The charge is $50 per person per night above the number originally approved.

SMOKING:

* The Apollo2 Beach hose is a smoke free house. No smoking is permitted inside the house however smoking is permitted on the balconies and lower deck.


* CANCELATION POLICY.

Should you cancel your booking within 30 days of the check in date, you will forfeit all money paid.
Should you cancel at any time before the 30 days of commencing your stay, you will forfeit your deposit or 50% of all money paid, which ever is the greatest.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:

* A BOND OF $300 IS REQUIRED FOR ALL EXCEPT FOR SCHOOLIES. THE BOND FOR SCHOOLIES IS $1000.

CONDITIONS:

* NO PETS ARE PERMITTED ANYWHERE AT THE PROPERTY.

* NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE.

* NO LOUD MUSIC AFTER 10.00pm

* NO PARTYING LATE AT NIGHT.

* NO VISITORS AT THE HOUSE ARE PERMITTED WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN APPROVAL FROM THE HOUSE MANAGER.

BREACH OF ANY OF THESE CONDITIONS MAY RESULT IN EVICTION AND OR FORFEITURE OF BOND.

GREAT HOUSE, GREAT OWNER, GREAT LOCATION
Upon arriving to Apollo Bay for a week holiday with some friends, we all were concerned that we wouldn't enjoy our time. We were wrong. Apollo Bay is a great place to adventure to, where the beach is only a short walk from this modern guest home. My guests and I can all say that we had the best stay imaginable and wish we had stayed longer! Thanks!

Outstanding Place for a Holiday!
it's a Wow for me! this place is well arranged, cleaned and managed. Plenty of Rooms and are indeed spacious! all stuffs you need is all there and you're not gonna ask for more.. We enjoyed our stay and even the our kids wants to extend our holiday for more days! Thanks again, Nick. :D

Will stay here again!!
We are a group of 8 friends from Melbourne, we booked last minutes just few days before our actual stay at Apollo2 Beach House during weekends and Nick was nice enough to still reserve it for us. Nick was prompt in replying our enquiry via email and was very friendly and helpful. At first, we thought this offer is too good to be true and it might be a scam, we still play with our luck somehow. We realised we were being too skeptical the moment when we opened the door, it was totally amazing. The house was very clean and neat. It is well located, just ~3minutes away from the town. Linens have been provided as requested as well. We are very happy with our stay and will definitely be coming back to stay here in the future again!

Awesome house. Super location. Great value!
We were a group of 8 adults and 7 kids from Singapore. Eventually the group shrank due to some last minute changes but still we were 12-strong. We booked both beach houses side-by-side. Absolutely wonderful that we could enjoy the heaps of space of two houses and yet still be just next to each other for the kids to play together and to have our meals together. The location is awesome with partial views of the hills (and cows) in one house, and partial views of the sea in the other. Space for 2-3 cars to be parked in the porch and front of the house for each house. Furnishings were excellent, everything worked as it should, linen that we paid extra for was worth it, very comfortable. Kitchen was well-stocked with the necessary cutlery, crockery and pots and pans. Sufficient heating in the huge living room and the bedrooms. Laundry washer and dryer served us well. The town centre where the shops are is just 3min drive away. The beach is just 200m away. Best of all, the price was very value. Self check-in was easy, owner met us at checkout. Thanks Nick! We will definitely be back!
