As Close to Perfect as It Gets
The bottom-line question about any short-term rental is: Would it be your first choice as the place to stay if you come back? In this case, the answer is an unqualified and enthusiastic "yes."
Pyrmont is its own neighborhood, with shops, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, a supermarket and plenty of local color, but it's conveniently walkable to Darling Harbor and Sydney's city center. (Don't like to walk? Taxis and Uber respond quickly and efficiently.)
The apartment is clean and comfortable, with good temperature control, water pressure (plenty of hot water) and appliances -- including the washer/dryer combo, the reliable WiFi and the LG smart HD TV. (If you subscribe to Netflix or Amazon Prime Video, you can log in for the length of your stay.)
The views of Blackwattle Bay and the Anzac Bridge from the apartment's balconies are impressive. Watching the sun set with a glass of wine in hand is a restful treat after a long day of touring.
This apartment is a delight -- and we would stay there again without a moment's hesitation.

The local things: the fish market, a huge shopping center with great restaurants... and more.
We took Uber everywhere, but it would have been fine to purchase an Opal card, and put money on it.... make sure to get the opal card before you start your ventures, as you are only able to buy the “one trip” tickets, at a lot of kiosks, not the plastic opal card which is a”tap on”, “tap off”. The card works on both ferries and buses. Once you’ve had $15 worth of services in a day, the card no longer charges you for any other travel that day. The max is also $52/week.
The process for getting the key to this apartment was very challenging but that is the only negative for this apartment. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. We appreciated the patio views of the harbor, the close proximity to the light rail, and the laundry within the apartment.
Holiday made easy
Found the property clean and tidy a bit dated but that is us been picky, location is great next to Wentworth park train station close by, great views out to Anzac bridge, very close to seafood markets they are amazing, we would stay again
Excellent value, comfortable, spacious, good location
Penthouse level view out over Blackwattle Bay and Wentworth Park. A balcony off each bedroom, with a table for 6 outside the master suite. Free wifi with an excellent secure connection. Most wall outlets have 2 USB ports for your smart phones, tablets, or laptops! No need for the adapters. The light rail stop is adjacent to the property, so a trip into the city is quick and inexpensive. The Sydney fish market is one block away. Numerous restaurants and pubs in walking distance, an IGA grocery store 3 blocks away for all your needs. We stayed 12 nights from October 18, and would definitely book here again

Great location. Beautiful views. Well stocked kitchen. Easy access to fish market and Darling Harbour -all within walking distance. Safe. Perfect for a family.
