A home away from home situated in a quiet street only 400 metres to the CBD and Wimmera River. The perfect weekend getaway for families and larger groups or a quiet place for executives and workers to unwind at the end of a day.
Large four bedroom house, centrally located. Recently renovated and freshly painted, modern décor, new carpets, polished floorboards and all the comforts of home. Warm in winter with ducted heating, gas log fire to lounge, ceiling fans, and a split system heating and cooling in lounge. Evaporative cooling and an additional air conditioner in the 4th bedroom ensures the house is comfortable all year round.
The house sleeps up to 11 people in existing bedding. An additional 2 foldaway beds and/or a portable cot can be provided on request to increase the house sleeping capacity to 14. Extra beds are provided at an extra cost.

The house has two bathrooms, one family sized bathroom with bath, vanity, and separate shower and a second smaller bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity, There is also another separate toilet next to the laundry. A small supply of toiletries is provided for your use.
LIVING AND DINING
Generous sized lounge with dining area big enough to accommodate larger groups, but cosy enough for individuals or couples. Large 7 seater modular couch and 8 seater dining table. Another 4 seat dining table is located in the kitchen. Lounge room has a huge LCD over a beautiful gas log fire. There is a selection of books and DVD's for you to use during your stay.
Large family size kitchen with gas stove and oven, large fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Stocked with all the cutlery, crockery, glassware, utensils, cookware that you should need. Also has toaster kettle, sandwich press, blender, and a small supply of tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits.
Stylish and functional laundry with family size washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board and a small supply of laundry powder for your use. A clothes line is located under the rear pergola.
There is a large front deck with table and chairs and a bench seat, perfect spot to enjoy the morning sun. There is also a large front lawn that is fully fenced and secured for children to play. The rear yard is also fully enclosed and has an undercover patio with seating. There is also a large pergola to the rear of the garage with a BBQ and 6 seater outdoor setting. There is an orange and lemon tree, so feel free to help yourself when the fruit is in season!
There is off street parking available to the rear of the garage. This under cover carport has gates so your car can be fully secure during your stay. Access to this carport is from Olympic Ave. There is also plenty of on street parking available as we are on a corner block.
