This fully equipped 1 bedroom - 1.5 bath condo is truly an "Island FantaSea".

A full kitchen including microwave, new stove, blender and coffee maker as well as a washer/dryer are just some of the amenities.

The breezy loft bedroom features a king size bed, plenty of closet space, and an en-suite bathroom.

Use the A/C or leave the windows open and bask in the off-shore island breezes. Louvered windows all around provide an endless stream of clean Caribbean air.

The spacious living room has lots of seating, Roku TV, DVD/Blueray player, and free WiFi.

The sofa pulls out to a queen size bed which may accommodate 2 additional persons.

From the front patio, you will experience an amazing ocean view, the perfect place for morning coffee or an evening nightcap.

Located at ground level, this condo has direct access to the lawn area and golf course, and is a great shortcut to the beach!

The lanai, off the kitchen, has a gas BBQ grill and provides a more private outdoor setting.

The Reef is a gated complex with a large pool, tennis courts and free parking. You may rent equipment for the 9 hole golf course at the on-site golf pro shop.

Also conveniently located, is a lunch counter/deli next to the Pro Shop.

Duggan's Reef restaurant and bar, for great dining drinks and fun, is on the beach and just a short walk away.

A short drive West to Christiansted will bring you to many great restaurants and shops, with much history and old-world charm.

A short drive East will bring you to beaches, Point Udall (the eastern most point of the United States), and the Divi Carina Bay Resort, where you will find great restaurants, mini golf, a beautiful white sand beach and the Divi of only two in the US Virgin Islands!

Activity brochures are available upon check-in and at The Reef office where you will also find a book and DVD library. Among many wonderful day trips include sails to Buck Island for snorkeling or scuba, sun set cruises, horse riding on the beach, golf, Rum factory tours, hiking, and adventure Jeep tours. Available in the unit for your use are two beach chairs with umbrellas, a cooler, snorkel gear, and a blender (essential for preparing frozen Cruzan Rum cocktails).

At "Island FantaSea" you will enjoy a quiet hideaway that has so much within walking distance, yet is only a short drive to dining, shopping and sightseeing.

A rental car is highly recommended but not essential....

We visited St. Croix for the first time in December 2015 and fell in love with the island! Within months, we purchased and rejuvenated this property which is located in the east end of the island. We chose the east end because it has both the beauty as well as the conveniences we were looking for in a vacation home. For now, work commitments prevent us from spending as much time as we would like to in our island home and so we offer our home for others to enjoy. We hope you love it as much as we do!

This is a great location on the East end of the island. Great development and great condo, and the property manager was wonderful to work with. The unit is clean and very comfortable. 5 minute walk to the beach or the pool. Highly recommended...

Very well furnished condo

This spot at the reef is very clean, well furnished, and has pretty much everything you could want in a vacation spot. The view is great (just like in the photo) and the area is very quiet. We enjoyed the pool and a quick round of golf. The beach is a little messy from the hurricane but nonetheless quiet and the water is clean.

needs updating

Attractive condo complex with beautiful view, but this particular condo needs updating. The kitchen had an ancient stove with a dirty oven, complete with some leftover food and a dead cockroach, and an ancient coffee maker and sink. The unit was not particularly clean when we arrived with dead insects on the floor and in the half bath, along with some lizard turds. The bedroom upstairs was fine except that the shower had very slippery tiles and a rubber mat would have been a good idea. The air conditioner was also very old, and we didn't dare turn it on. No instructions were left concerning wifi or the television, or even how to check out. When we first arrived about 11:30 PM, the water wasn't turned on and we had to go look outside the unit to see how to turn it on. The kitchen was well stocked except the can opener was so rusted it was unusable. All the doors stuck, both inside and outside, making them difficult to close. This could be a very nice unit if the kitchen and air conditioner were updated and a little more care was taken in cleaning the unit.

It seems that the unit, cleaned more than a week prior to your arrival, had not been properly inspected. Going forward, we will make sure that this is completed within a shorter period of time before the arrival of a guest. As I'm sure you're aware, the sea air is very corrosive, therefore it is difficult to keep metal utensils in like-new condition. The can opener and other affected items will be replaced. Vacation from Winter

We stayed at this condo at The Reef Condos this winter. This complex is nicely situated to be a quick trip to the most beautiful beaches on St. Croix. After the beach, the gorgeous swimming pool was a delight. The pool was huge and well maintained. Our rental had an extremely comfortable, new bed, and the living room and dining furniture was comfortable, and new. Certainly a notch above most of the rentals I have experienced! We were able to use the wifi and Netflix and found the TV setup easy to navigate. The owners provided us with lots of suggestions for dining, and we loved nearby Duggans Reef and Cheeseburger in Paradise. We are hoping to return again to further explore St. Croix, and would happily stay here again!
