Our home is in the heart of the Rino neighborhood of Denver. The River North Arts District (Rino) is one of the most vibrant and exciting neighborhoods in Denver. This spacious townhouse has 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms spread out over 1500 square feet. There's a 2-car attached garage as well as an absolutely stunning private rooftop deck with outdoor kitchen and panoramic views of Downtown Denver and the surrounding mountains. Just steps outside our door is the popular Backyard on Blake, a mixed-use warehouse sporting an amazing restaurant/bar/shop called The Preservery, a cafe, and various clothing shops and art workshops.

My wife and I fell in love with the Rino neighborhood after visiting a local market called The Source. We'd been looking to buy a place in Rino for a while and were thrilled when the Backyard On Blake development. Our home is located in an incredible walkable area with lots of dozens of craft breweries, cafes, restaurants, and art studios right outside our door. And with the newly completed Denver Lightrail station on 38th Street, traveling to and from the airport no longer requires a car. I

What makes this townhome unique

The rooftop deck is absolutely incredible. We've got a 425 sf, private rooftop deck with an outdoor kitchen and panoramic views of downtown Denver and the surrounding mountains. The quality of construction of the home is incredible as well, and the layout is perfect.

Great property, excellent host

Bob was a great host and was willing to work with us in every way to make the reservation and stay as easy as possible.

The property is great and comes fully furnished with everything that you need. It was very clean upon arrival and everything was in working order. The property itself is located in the heart of RiNo which makes it an easy walk to anything in the RiNo area. Excellent views from the rooftop patio as well!

Excellent unit

We stay in five star hotels all the time (six star when you include Dubai and some other locations), so our expectations are very high. We were in the process of buying a place in Denver and needed a place to stay while we were closing on our new house. This unit is relatively new and in excellent condition, and the owner is extremely accommodating. You won't go wrong with this unit.

Long Beach

Awesome Modern Townhome in RiNo

Me and my wife were the first people to stay in Bob's townhome in RiNo and we really loved staying there for the month of September. Located in the hip and colorful RiNo (River North) neighborhood of Denver, there were plenty of things to do and places to eat and drink. There's a great brewery (Epic Brewery) literally 20 feet from the front door, and a number of fantastic eateries (Hop Alley, Crema, 10 Barrel, Park Burger, Work & Class, Cart-Driver etc, etc) all within walking distance. Downtown is a little over a mile away, and you can even walk to Coors Field. Aside from the awesome location, the townhome is also well furnished with modern furniture and we found it very comfortable. Our favorite feature was the absolutely fantastic top-floor patio that has an amazing southern view of Downtown Denver and an equally impressive western view of the front range. We spent many beautiful summer nights BBQing up on the patio with a cold beer or a nice glass of wine while soaking in the gorgeous Colorado sunsets. Since we were moving to the Denver area and looking for temporary housing while our furniture made its way across the country, Bob was willing to accommodate our two large labrador retrievers at his townhome, which was something a lot of property owners weren't willing to do. Although there isn't a private yard, there's plenty of grass nearby for our dogs to do their business. With an attached two-car garage, parking was never an issue for us, but street parking can get pretty busy on weekends. Overall, we absolutely loved staying in Bob's townhouse, and really, really enjoyed our time living in RiNo. Trust us, if you're looking for vibrant, urban Denver living, you will not be disappointed.

My roommate and I loved this place! We lived here while working in Denver and have enjoyed every minute of our stay. Bob is easy and flexible to work with. He's genuine and honest and will help to accommodate your needs to make your stay as enjoyable as he can. The townhouse is in the RiNo district of Denver, which is a great location. We are within close walking distance to many different breweries, restaurants, and all kinds of things to do. The walk downtown takes about 30 minutes and is definitely worth it to explore! Walking into the townhouse for the first time we were definitely impressed. It's well decorated and has comfortable furniture as well as any and all kitchen appliances that you would need. There are also plenty of windows and the natural light is amazing. Although the street can be lined with cars parked outside, there's minimal noise that's heard when you're inside the townhouse - which is perfect when you're a night shift nurse trying to sleep during the day! The downtown and mountain views from the rooftop deck is also one of our favorite things. We 100% recommend staying here!!
