About Vacasa, FL - Emerald Coast Office

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Very nice and everything we needed

  • 4 of 5

The property was clean and was fully stocked with what we needed. The only thing I did not like was there was no cable on the 3 level sleep space.

Beautiful Home, but Terrible Experience!

  • 3 of 5

I must say this home was beautiful! When I first pulled up I was confused to why a big boat would be parked in the driveway when the home is being rented out to vacationers. It was stated previously that I would use the home to prepare for my wedding. So in the middle of doing cooking & prepping make up on myself & bridesmaids vac as a rep emails me stating that neighbors called the owner about parking on grass. We had no problems with moving vehicles. She stayed that only occupants listed on agreement could be inside the home which I find was very rude! In the middle of having my make up done Vacasa rep Robin arrives at the house. It was clear to her that we were not creating any nuisance no one was hanging outside, just us preparing for my big day! We had a door open to shine in bright lightening for my videographer while doing my make up Robin walks up closes door I tell her its open for a reason & she says well the air is on so the door should be close! That I find was extremely rude! U can't rent out a home & chastise adults as if they're children! Robin then states that she sees we are not causing any problems & were truly just prepping for my wedding. My bridesmaid go on to say that just because we're a bunch of "African Americans" the neighbors were calling Robin says "She Totally Agrees! Its such a shame that we would have phone calls based on our skin color! I vacation every year to different cities & I must say that was a hurting feeling especially on such a special day to me! Once again the home is Beautiful only issue is cleaning crew does not clean Well there was dried urine beneath the toilet seat! But my biggest complaint is being treated like a child & judged by my skin color!

Pretty House

  • 4 of 5

The stay was good, however there needs to be a tv in each bedroom. While my grandson was downstairs playing video games. I was up in the master bedroom looking out the window (not good). House was very clean except for the carpet is was dirty and a little wet.

Beautiful Home

  • 4 of 5

Beautiful home! Prepared for my wedding here and got some beautiful photos. Nice & Spacious & very comfy. Only issue I had was when I raised up toilet seat it was filthy with dried urine. Cleaning crew should clean more thoroughly. Other than that I would definitely recommend this place.
