The home has been recently updated. Granite counter tops in the Kitchen. Washer and Dryer are located in the garage. Each room has there own window ac unit. The living room has a Fireplace along with wifi through out the home.

I was born and raised in Orange County. I have been blessed with a wonderful wife and 3 incredible children. Currently my family and I reside in the city of Anaheim. We have traveled to different parts of the country and there is nothing like Southern California. You are 1 hour away from the mountains and desserts and 15 minutes away from the beach. The weather year round is also something we are spoiled with.

Very clean! Overall great experience, would absolutely stay again!

Omar and Sergio were both suuuper helpful and very responsive! Would highly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a quiet/calm residence. Very clean, great kitchen and couch. We had an issue with the TV (our fault haha) but they came over and helped us out with it promptly! Highly recommended.

Perfect for our family of 10!

1) Omar was a gracious and attentive host.(Eggs, bananas, juice and coffee awaited us on our arrival. He also provided a pack and play for us.) 2) We don't take high end vacations, but it's important to us that our accommodations are clean and comfortable. This property was both! The kitchen had all that we needed in the way of pots, pans, dishes, etc. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms well stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, etc. 3) The location provided easy access to freeways, stores and attractions. (Yes, we did visit Disney.)

PERFECT BEACH, DISNEY, LEGOLAND, SEAWORLD, VACATION HUB

Home was just right for the eight of us with room to spare! Everything we needed was there for our week stay. Close to groceries and donuts:) close to Disney and SanDiego is not too long of a drive away. Minor electrical issue was very promptly dealt with by Omar the owner. Great communication. We would definately book again if in the area. Thank you for helping to make our vacation perfect!

A diamond in the rough.

The owner was very thoughtful - stocking the fridge with a few items for me and my family and accommodating our early arrival (thank you).

A couple helpful items to consider:

Desperately need a coffee table. Someplace to put a drink or snack in the living room.

Kitchen drawers need attaching hardware so the drawers don't fall out.

Countertop cleaner/simple green spray would be nice to have on hand, as would dish sponges and paper towels.

You could probably sleep 10 in this house, but there would be no place to sit and eat - though it was perfect for the four of us.

A BBQ grill would be huge plus (though I do understand that cleaning could be an issue). Right now the backyard is unusable as a space to even hangout in.

Overall the floors and walls could use a good scrub. The place is not dirty, just needs a deep clean.

The huge pluses are:

Quiet neighborhood.

Easy access to highways and close to everything you could possibly need.

Driveway parking - street parking is a bit of a game in this residential area, but not impossible.

Washer and dryer make life easier here. We brought our own detergent, but there was some already available if we had not.

Would I stay here again, YES. It was easy and really had most everything I needed.

Excellent!

Property was clean, updated, comfortable, and fit our family perfectly. We would definitely stay here again. Location was close to Disneyland with also being far enough away from the all the crowds. Omar was very accommodating.

Awesome location, great parking for multiple families, near freeway entrance and close to Disneyland

I loved that the house came well stocked, Even fruits and drinks in the fridge. Big living room area and loved closet in the master room.
