This townhouse is located on lower Ann Street, within sight of the river. It is 1/4 mile from restaurants, bars, and the famous riverfront walkway. The property has all the necessary improvements to help make any guests' stay more pleasurable. A unique upscale feel, clean decor and specially chosen furniture set it apart from other rentals in the area. The robust WIFI system can easily handle multiple users. Parking downtown is always a challenge, and this property offers both a garage option as well as permitted on street parking. I don't know of another offering in the area with a private attached garage.

Every time we come back to our home on Ann Street we instantly remember why we chose this property. With the brick-lined street, the historic homes all around us, the rambling river in view, and all the activity downtown, it has a feel like no other place in Wilmington.

What makes this townhome unique

The rear outside living area is peaceful and a great way to end your day after exploring all that Wilmington has to offer. The property has two balconies off the front for you to enjoy the daily activity of the downtown area. The master bedroom has a king bed which is hard to find in downtown rental units. Also, we've tried to include a few items we enjoy using while we're there because we think you will, too! Bicycles, beach chairs, washer/dryer, and even a shop vacuum are available to our tenants.

Fantastic comfortable, clean, spacious place to stay in historic Wilmington!

This is a beautiful, well-maintained townhome in historic downtown Wilmington, literally a block from the Riverwalk! I could not ask for anything more in a vacation rental. It is very clean, beds are very comfortable with nice linens and comforters, it is well decorated and it has all of the comforts of home from nice dishes to magazines and takeout menus. Huge flatscreen tv in living room. Attached garage for easy parking. Loved my time in Wilmington and would highly recommend this for both short and long term stays. Excellent!!

This house was perfect!

This house fit our needs perfectly. It is walking distance to anywhere downtown, yet still nestled on a very homey street free of any late night noise. The house itself was decorated beautifully and we felt right at home the second we walked in. You can tell the owners are neat freaks (In a good way) everything is perfectly in its place. I would stay here again no doubt about it.

Perfect location for our stay

We were in Wilmington for our daughter's wedding and this location was exactly what we needed. It was every bit as pleasant as described. Two roomy bedrooms, a nicely set up kitchen area, and a sitting area that met our needs. It also has a very nice patio, but this was NOT the week to be using it - just a little bit colder outside than normal in Wilmington.

Everything was clean and neat.

It was great to have attached parking. The location is easy walking distance to all the shops and restaurants along the river.

The next time we return for any similar stay, this will be the first place we look for.

Exactly as pictured

Perfect location. Adorable home. Comfy beds.Becky was very easy to communicate with and made sure our stay was enjoyable after a minor hiccup with the coffee pot upon arrival (she provided a gift card to the local coffee shop within walking distance).

The garage is an added bonus for sure- my small suv had no trouble with the incline which made parking a breeze.

Would love to go back in the summer.

If only 6 Stars were an option...

There is no doubt this beautiful row home in Historic Downtown Wilmington would WOW for any occasion, but I’d like to specifically highlight it as ‘The Romantic Getaway’ you should have booked months ago. Take a carriage ride along cobblestone streets, catch a show at The Wilson Center, have a glass of wine along the Cape Fear River, and dine at Wilmington’s finest restaurants-all within walking distance! When you’ve had your fill for the evening, relax on the back patio or one of two balconies, or crawl into the most comfortable bed you’ve ever slept in. The entire place is incredibly clean and comfortable. At the end of the day, this home is the perfect blend of original charm accented with modern touches of convenience. Wether you’re out of towners or locals like us, look no further for that getaway you’ve been meaning to book and I promise...you’ll want to come back to Ann St!

The river walk is just 100 meters from the property and is a fantastic place to exercise. The B2B triathlon course is only 50 meters away, which makes our location perfect for spectators or participants. In addition, downtown is a major location for Wilmington Beer Week, including the Beer Festival in late October.
