This townhouse is located on lower Ann Street, within sight of the river. It is 1/4 mile from restaurants, bars, and the famous riverfront walkway. The property has all the necessary improvements to help make any guests' stay more pleasurable. A unique upscale feel, clean decor and specially chosen furniture set it apart from other rentals in the area. The robust WIFI system can easily handle multiple users. Parking downtown is always a challenge, and this property offers both a garage option as well as permitted on street parking. I don't know of another offering in the area with a private attached garage.

Every time we come back to our home on Ann Street we instantly remember why we chose this property. With the brick-lined street, the historic homes all around us, the rambling river in view, and all the activity downtown, it has a feel like no other place in Wilmington.
What makes this Townhome unique
The rear outside living area is peaceful and a great way to end your day after exploring all that Wilmington has to offer. The property has two balconies off the front for you to enjoy the daily activity of the downtown area. The master bedroom has a king bed which is hard to find in downtown rental units. Also, we've tried to include a few items we enjoy using while we're there because we think you will, too! Bicycles, beach chairs, washer/dryer, and even a shop vacuum are available to our tenants.

Great location - our second stay in this townhouse
This was a return visit to this great townhouse, and it will be our first choice the next time we're in Wilmington.
The location is perfect for walking downtown to the shops, restaurants, or just strolling through the adjacent neighborhoods.
Everything in the townhouse is new, well maintained, and clean. The kitchen is well stocked with just about any utensil you might need. Having parking and washer and dryer as part of the accommodation are plusses also.
We highly recommend this location.
Location, location, location....great place to stay if you want to be close to downtown Wilmington. Everything is included except your food. Very clean, very comfortable beds and very quiet. All linens are included, which is a plus. Spent the week of Thanksgiving close to family.
Lovely little break
Very nice accommodation. The house was very clean and tidy. We stayed with my sister and brother-in-law who had never visited Wilmington before. The house is very conviently located to shops and restaurants. The kitchen was eqiped with everything we needed although we ate out for every meal and even had delicious bagels and doughnuts for breakfast. We would all recommend this propert and Tay was very quick to respond to any questions we had.
We were fortunate to find this townhouse for wedding events in historic Wilmington.
The owners of this beautiful townhouse have met all the needs of a traveler...cleanliness, comfort, location. The garage, washer/dryer, decks are added comforts. Everything is new and well maintained. We felt at home and cared for it as such. Thank you Tay and Becky.
Great place and close to everything!
We loved it! It was beautiful and so convenient to everything. Unfortunately, we had to leave really early due to hurricane Florence.
The river walk is just 100 meters from the property and is a fantastic place to exercise. The B2B triathlon course is only 50 meters away, which makes our location perfect for spectators or participants. In addition, downtown is a major location for Wilmington Beer Week, including the Beer Festival in late October.

We also rent this property on a monthly basis for $2,600. Our cancellation policy is as follows: 60 days prior to check in results in a 100% refund. 30 days prior to check in results in a 50% refund. Less than 30 days results in no refund.
