The condo is located in downtown Toronto near the intersection of Dundas & Parliament. The heart of downtown Toronto, Dundas Square (Dundas subway station) is 10-15 minutes by foot or a 5 minute streetcar ride. The condo is steps from public transportation, a large grocery store, a 24h coffee shop (Canada's favourite, Tim Horton's) and restaurants and shops in trendy & historic Cabbagetown district. The excellent Paintbox Bistro is directly accessible from the condo lobby.

The condo features a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher and washer & dryer. Enjoy a spectacular view of the lake and downtown skyline from the large southwest facing balcony. A reserved underground parking spot is included in the cost of the rental. Underground parking is included. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a tub and there is a second bathroom with a shower.

The condo amenities include a fitness centre with cardio, weight and strength training machines and a stretching area. The cardio equipment comes equipped with a personal TV. There is also a large social area, games room with billiard and foosball tables and a large outdoor area with lounge seating.

My wife and I look forward to receiving you as our guest. We live closeby (just a 10 minute walk) and we meet each of our guests personally for check-in and are available at any time should you have any questions or concerns during your stay or while planning your trip.

From start to finish, Jerome was responsive and cordial, and we felt right at home in the condo. The pics of the view are awesome, but the view itself live in person was simply breathtaking and unbeatable. The unit was clean and had all our group of 7 gals needed for a 4-night stay. Walking distance to a grocery market, and we had two delicious meals at the owner-recommended Local Gest, just walking distance away. We made use of the included parking space with our rental van and then used cabs for other car travel. The cell phone Jerome left came in handy for making calls since many of us did not have cellular service in Canada. The wifi was great for handling 7 of us all trying to post on FB at the same time! Jerome accommodated our group and if we ever go back, we would stay here again for sure.

If I can give this place 6 stars, I would. My trip was during the holiday season from Christmas to New years, we were a group of 5 people. Firstly let me say that the host Jerome is an ideal host: From communication to direction and accommodation. He was very friendly and anticipated our every need.

Second, this place is beautiful. An amazing view of the city from the TOP FLOOR of this building, the penthouse is a corner unit which provides a 180 degree view of the Toronto Skyline. The balcony was also a pleasant touch and has plenty of room.

The area was in the Metro Toronto Area in the Regeant Park area with a coffee shop on the first floor. The building's design was Mondrian inspired, and very modern. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, groceries, and bars that are walking distance. The building is also walking distance to the very hip Corktown district that has some of the best restaurants and bars in the City.

The place was clean and there were plenty of places to sleep, for both couples and those who want a comfortable nights rest alone. There was a master bedroom with a queen size bed, a second bedroom with 2 single beds, and another room with sliding doors next to the living room with full size bed and a VERY comfortable tempurpedic mattress. There were 2 full bathrooms, one in the main living area right next to the washer and drier as well as another in the master bedroom. There was also a roll away seat that would turn into a single cot if you happen to have unforseen guests as well.

There was a full kitchen with all the washer drier, necessary appliances and electrics. There is a built in island as well as big living room table for all the guests to enjoy communal time.

This place really made our trip memorable and embodies the quintessential Toronto living experience.

I would 110% recommend this penthouse to ANYONE, and I would be LUCKY if i got to stay in this place again.

Wonderful condo for girl's trip

This condo was the perfect setting for our girl's trip to Toronto. Jerome was very helpful with orienting us to the city and providing lunch recommendations upon our arrival. The views from the condo are spectacular and we made use of the balcony daily. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Amazing View!!

We really enjoyed this place! The view is unstoppable from the balcony and living area. The place is very clean, well stocked and comfortable. Good size unit in a very nice building. Short walks to great places. We had a blast here. It was hard to leave everyday because we enjoyed just being here staring at Toronto!

Amazing views of the city and very comfortable!

Me and my group came in for the Toronto Comics and Arts Festival and had a fantastic time while staying here. Jerome was very friendly and accommodating. We had no problem feeling comfortable, and using the amenities to cook food as well as enjoy the city.

The views this penthouse provided are quite stunning. You could see vasts amounts of the city without any obstructions. I highly recommend anyone to chose this place for a great vacation.
