The open concept gathering area boasts soaring ceilings, tall windows, a skylight, and sparkling hardwood floors. The living space is decorated with a rich rug, where six can sit back on a plush sectional to warm up by the fireplace, watch the 40” Samsung TV, or admire the modern artwork.
In the center is a dining area. Dig into meals around a polished wood table with high-back chairs seating four, or step through the sliding door onto your private balcony, featuring chair and sofa seating for five and rooftop views.
Separating the dining area from the kitchen is a breakfast bar with seating for two. The kitchen itself features elegant, white marble backsplashes and countertops and dishware for eight. A stainless steel side-by-side fridge with water and icemaker give you plenty of room to store ingredients, and a full suite of appliances including stacked oven and microwave, dishwasher and five-burner gas range make meal prep easy.
Walk down a hall off the main gathering space to access the bedrooms. To the right, the window-lined enormous master sleeps two in a king. Relax in bed by watching the 55” flat-screen TV, unwind in an armchair or enjoy a private balcony with west LA views, seating for two and a propane grill. A tiled en-suite bath features a walk-in rain-style shower with no step-in, dual-sink vanity and a soaking tub.
Continue down the hall and you’ll see an office with desk, bookshelves and TV to your left, and the second bedroom straight ahead. This bedroom sleeps two in a queen-size bed and offers an 18” TV. The en-suite bath, also connected to the office, has a shower/tub combo with tall step-in.
Note: This home is not well-suited for guests under 9 years old. The unit is deemed unsafe for children, under this age, due to two 4th floor balconies and many glass and sharp items.
