This beautiful two bedroom (plus alcove twin bed), three bath townhome is located in the prestigious gated gulf-front complex, The Legacy. The Legacy is located in the heart of Seagrove Beach, Florida on Scenic Highway 30A.
The Townhome is decorated with travertine tile, hardwood floors, cultured marble bath, upgraded stainless steel appliances, private garage, private interior elevator, wireless internet, two community pools shared with only 5 other units and access to the Legacy Community private boardwalk.
The garage and second bedroom are located on the first floor.
The living room, with pull-out sofa, full-size kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dining area, full bath and balcony are located on the second floor.
The master bedroom, with a king-size bed, alcove area with a twin bed (great for young children) large bath with double sink vanity, two-person shower, a jacuzzi tub, laundry room with full-size washer and dryer and a balcony are located on the third floor. As seen in the pictures, you can enjoy the gulf view while sitting out on the balcony!
Each floor has a TV with DVD player.

Very Nice Townhouse Basically On The Beach
This townhouse is in a complex that is on the beach, but the building is behind the one that is actually on the beach. We did have ocean views from the balconies and windows on second and third floor. The townhouse was very clean and almost everything was new. I did have a issue with the refrigerator I texted Angie and she had maintenance there in about 15 minutes. He cleaned out the back of it and that did the trick.
The layout for the townhouse is very unique as the downstairs bedroom is through the garage, but it is no big deal as it still can be accessed from inside the condo through the main entry. Master bed was awesome only thing I would suggest is new shower head. This townhouse is also very close to everything and in biking distance of Seaside.
Overall this is a great location and townhouse and will look at renting again.

The property was clean and well stocked with towels. Extra trash bags would have been helpful!
The property was perfect for our family. It was wonderful being so close to the beach. Everything was clean! The 3 baths were great! We plan to stay here again!

The property was clean. The location was GREAT!! Very close to the beach, but with limited view of the water. You can see the ocean from the master shower and a balcony. Being 3 stories, the elevator was a life saver!! The carport level bed/bath was great for older children or adults. Limited space for small kids, with too many stairs and inadequate sleeping options.The sleeper sofa was awful! The neighborhood was peaceful, and the beach was not too crowded, especially being the week of July 4th. I would stay there again and recommend it to anyone with older children.

Nice place but needs furniture in living room area updated.
We are located a mile east of Seaside. A nice bike ride or walk. Here you will find unique shopping, art galleries, good food,Starbucks coffee, a wine bar and reportory theater.
A 20 minute drive will take you to Sandestin and the Baytowne Center for more shopping, restaurants and golf.
A nationally know grocery store is minutes from the townhome.
