Shed your troubles with a week at the beach! Pristine Sunset Beach is a five-minute drive over the bridge. If you prefer a pool, the Village Activity Center is two minutes away and boasts an indoor and outdoor pool and exercise room that is available to the public for a nominal fee. There is also a pool right outside the front of the unit. The Jones/Byrd Pro Shop, Magnolia’s Restaurant and Sea Trail Convention Center are walkable from this unit. Sea Trail boasts three championship-caliber golf courses for visiting duffers as well! It is also conveniently located to other dining and shopping venues in Sunset Beach, Ocean Isle Beach, Calabash and Shallotte. If you are itching for more hustle and bustle, Myrtle Beach is a 30 minute ride and Wilmington is a 60 minute ride. The owner will leave you a welcome package containing necessities and plenty of information about amenities, local happenings and places to go.
This is a very clean and fresh, newly renovated, second floor condo in The Champions section of Sea Trail. These are the only buildings in Sea Trail that have elevators. All new flooring, paint and granite countertops installed in 2018. New pictures coming soon. It is a two-bedroom Villa and Mini-Suite unit. The Villa side consists of a master bedroom suite that contains two full-size beds and a TV, a full bathroom, a fully-stocked kitchen, a washer and dryer, a living room with flat-screen TV and DVD player, a dining area, and a screened-in patio that overlooks the 10th hole on the Willard Byrd course. You will actually be able to use this patio because it will be in the shade in the afternoon and evening, unlike your neighbors across the parking lot who will be roasting in the afternoon/evening sun on their patios. The sunrise view from the porch is a bonus as well. The Mini-Suite has its own entrance but also adjoins the main side through a set of doors that can be locked from either/both sides. It contains two full-size beds, a full bathroom, a stocked kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, small bank of cabinets and a small sink. There is a dinette set and sitting area with a loveseat and chairs and an additional flat-screen TV and DVD player.
This unit is NOT on Sea Trail’s rental program. This unit has an owner that is very detail-oriented and cleans the unit herself to ensure that her standards for cleanliness are met. There is Wi-Fi access in both units and an HD cable package with plenty of available channels. The owner launders all of the brand new linens using Gain detergent and Snuggle fabric softener so the 400 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets will be soft and smell fresh as opposed to feeling like sandpaper and smelling like bleach. The bathroom towels are also of a quality that would be used in a home and not the miniature-sized, rough-feeling, generic hotel towels found in other units.

New updates done in 2018! All new luxury vinyl plank (wood-look) flooring installed in spring 2018 throughout all of both sides. The unit was also painted and new granite countertops were installed as well. This unit is bright, fresh and clean!

Loss of the pool key will result in $25 being withheld from your damage deposit. Loss or theft of any items may also result in either a partial or complete withholding of the damage deposit depending on the value of the item(s) or damage. This is a non-smoking unit. Smoking in the unit will result in your damage deposit being withheld. No pets are allowed in this unit. Visitors are expected to leave the unit in a reasonable state upon departure. Visitors shall not cause any unsafe or unsanitary conditions in the common areas and remainder of the Premises that visitors use. If there are any questions or problems with the unit, tenants should contact the owner so the situation may be ameliorated.
