The moment you enter this home away from home, your Hawaiian experience begins. This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2-bathroom unit was completely remodeled during summer 2016 in a very tasteful, tropical décor. All furniture and appliances have been replaced in this two-story condo. New flat screen televisions were added in the living room as well as both bedrooms.
A guest who departed on 11/29/17 had this to say about their stay in Lokelani #B203:
We were so happy to experience our stay at the Lokelani. The condo was everything it advertises. The place was clean and very comfortable, very well stocked. We were thrilled to have the beach right outside our door. Two very nice patios to sit and enjoy the view, and what a view it was. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets everyday, rainbows and not to mention seeing turtles on the beach and a whale sighting! Very convenient location not far from Lāhainā and activities. Thank you for providing such a nice place, we plan on coming back and staying in B203 again.
You will enjoy the privacy of the two lanais, which are both direct oceanfront. The 180-degree views from the lanias provide fantastic sunsets, whale watching and spectacular views of the islands of Molokai and Lanai. Watch turtles, right in front of the property. The beach is literally a few steps away! Go to sleep listening to the rustling of the palm trees and the crashing of the surf.
All mattresses have been recently replaced. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need including a waffle iron and rice cooker!
Air conditioning was added to the upstairs for your comfort and a high definition DVR in the living room for your entertainment.
Sports Lovers: This condo has Sports Pass, which includes all premium sports channel, all PAC 12 network plus all major conference channels.
This is a second floor rental with stairs to entrance (no elevators)
***NOTE REGARDING CONSTRUCTION AT LOKELANI: Dry rot & water proofing repairs to 3rd floor two bedroom units
Update from BOD as of 2/10/18:
>Bldg A: 4/13-5/4/18
>Bldg C: 5/21 x 4 weeks
Scope of work: Comprehensive lanai repair, including removal of existing tile … replacement of support beams … new waterproofing … placement of new tile. A hydraulic lift will be placed ocean-side in front of each unit; contractors will use it to lift new beams, etc., into place – as well as bring replacement lanai planks & tile up to the work area.
The resident manager will be responsible for establishing a parking plan, and will advise if there are any changes. We don’t expect any impact for the CNR-managed units in regard to parking.
C104 will probably have the most negative impact, as the lift – and the contractors – will be adjacent to it for 4 weeks in late May and early June.

We LOVED Lokelani B203! It is exactly as in the pictures. Lovely condo, lovely view, great access to Lahaina and lots of shopping and activities. There are air conditioner units in the bedrooms only though, but we adjusted easily to the breeze from the lanai in the downstairs living and kitchen area.

Over zealous property manager came close to spoiling our holiday.
Read other reviews on this property - bad experiences dating back at least to 2015 with a common thread. Shame. Property otherwise has lots to offer.
Aloha Karen: Mahalo for taking the time to post and write this review. Without knowing what the specific complaint is, we are sorry you had a bad experience. Lokelani is a small complex and most guests compliment the environment as welcoming and well run. There are quiet hours (beginning at 10 pm) which are enforced by the Property Manager. Parking is also limited to one spot per condo, so that can be upsetting for guests in a larger group with more than one car. Complaints at Lokelani are few and far between. If you had addressed this with us at the time, we would have been able to respond immediately. Unfortunately, reading your review is the first we have heard of your issue.
