C-104 is a condo with a private lanai that is just steps to Rainbow Beach. Rainbow Beach is one of the few beaches on Maui where you have a sandy bottom way out into the ocean with coral on each side for snorkeling. Plenty of sand on the beach for sunning and building sand castles. Rainbow Beach is very private because it is not accessible to the public. Swim in the close by pool when it is too dark to swim in the ocean.
C-104 will comfortably sleep four persons with a king size bed in the bedroom and a comfortable pullout sofa in the living room. There is bathroom access without going through the bedroom for guests in the living room. There are cable connected flat screen TVs in the living room and the bedroom and internet hookup for your computer. The kitchen is fully equipped with a convection microwave above a cook top and oven, dishwasher, brand new refrigerator with ice maker, garbage disposal and washer/dryer combination. The condo has double sliding glass doors along a full western wall to bring in the ocean views. Hear the surf 24/7.
THE VIEWS: West Maui is one of the few places where you see Molokai and Lanai at close range with a sunset in between. Watch for whales in the winter season. See the schools of jumping porpoise and fish. Enjoy the beautiful lava formed cove next to Rainbow Beach with draping flora which is highlighted at night by tiki torches. Watch the surfers and wind surfers and see canoe races and distant sailboats. Look into the ocean in front of the condo and see turtles and many varieties of fish.
THE EVENINGS: Enjoy the evenings with a walk along the sea wall where tiki torches are lit. Cook on one of the many grills and have a dinner on your private lanai or at either of the two picnic tables next to the beach. Hear the surf 24/7. Swim in the pool when it is too dark to swim in the ocean.
LOCATION: Lokelani is set back from picturesque Lower Honoapiilani Road that traverses other great beaches, great eating places, shopping center, strip malls, Farmer's Market food stands, parks next to beaches, flea markets and other condo complexes. A short trip on upper Honoapiilani Road takes you to Kaanapali where you have luaus, a 3 mile boardwalk along Kaanapali Beach, restaurants right on the beach, museums and a free hula show every night. A little bit farther takes you to Lahaina where you can get absorbed in early whaling history, quaint eateries, the port, museums and the beauty along the boardwalk.

Scope of work: Comprehensive lanai repair, including removal of existing tile … replacement of support beams … new waterproofing … placement of new tile. A hydraulic lift will be placed ocean-side in front of each unit; contractors will use it to lift new beams, etc., into place – as well as bring replacement lanai planks & tile up to the work area.
The resident manager will be responsible for establishing a parking plan, and will advise if there are any changes. We don’t expect any impact for the CNR-managed units in regard to parking.
C104 will probably have the most negative impact, as the lift – and the contractors – will be adjacent to it for 4 weeks in late May and early June.
**Note regarding AC in condo: AC is a portable unit that is offered in the bedroom only. There are ceiling fans in bedroom and living room as well.

Enjoy fine dining nearby at Roy's, Plantation House Restaurant, and Pineapple Grill or do take out from Honokowai Okazuya & Deli or Mama's Ribs. Add to your tan on the beach or surf in the ocean in front of the property. Picnic, tour historic sites, fish, ride the Sugar Cane Train or buy locally grown fruit and vegetables at the farmers' market just minutes from your door. Shop in Lahaina and at Whaler's Village for all your take home goodies. Golf at two courses used on the PGA tour and from Lahaina Harbor take snorkeling and sightseeing boats or the ferry to Lanai or Molokai.
