About Staci Haahr
I grew up in Bradenton about 35 minutes south of St. Petersburg across the Skyway Bridge. My husband is from Denmark but came to the United States for college and law school. We moved to St. Petersburg in 2005, started my husband's law firm in 2007 and have been here ever since.
Staci Haahr purchased this Apartment in 2016
Why Staci Haahr chose Saint Petersburg
My husband and I purchased this property, a triplex in Old Northeast, in 2016. We needed a place to live while our home was being rebuilt and wanted someplace fun, walking distance to bars and restaurants and something with character. Our 1920’s bungalow is located in the quiet, historic Old Northeast neighborhood of downtown St. Pete. The apartment is part of a historical triplex and has just been remodeled featuring a new bathroom and kitchen. Please see our other listing #918593.

Just right for me! Clean, tasteful, quiet and comfortable!
We stayed at the Cozy for a few days and the location couldn't have been better. We were in town scouting out places to maybe relocate and this home was close to everything. We were able to quickly zip down to downtown St. Petersburg while still catching 275 over to Tampa. The home was comfortable, the bed was amazingly awesome! The host was responsive and easy to communicate with. We would absolutely stay here again!
Very nicely decorated and appointed
We rented the apartment for 6 days and it was very comfortable, has all the room we needed and high-end finishings. Walking distance to many of our favorite spots downtown. The experience was very simple and easy instructions. The host was very accommodating and nice to deal with from the very beginning. When we were there, it was very hot so we had to keep all of the blinds closed most of the day in order to keep the place cool and it was too hot to enough the outside area. However, we were out and about and it was not a problem for our visit. Overall, beautiful and convenient apartment and great host.
Brilliant use of space
This compact apartment was perfect for the weekend we just spent with family in St. Pete. It is filled with light and uncluttered. The kitchen is quite functional and well equipped, although we didn't use it for more than breakfast. As others have said, the location is convenient to the attractions on the bay and as well as the fast-developing Central Avenue area. Staci instantly responded to a couple of minor questions when we first arrived. We will definitely be back!
Fantastic place to stay in St.Pete
It is walking distances to a great bar called Three birds and a nice stroll into downtown. The place is very clean and a perfect amount of space for 2 people. Everything was easy in terms of booking and finding it. The owners are super responsive. We will be staying here again!
Fantastic cozy hideaway close to everything.
The property was immaculately taken care of, recently remodeled and fantastic bargain for our extended weekend in St Petes. We could walk to everything including waterfront; shops and restaurants. Walked to Dali Museum and Sunken Gardens. Location is tucked into beautiful old neighborhood of St Petes. Staci and Hans were very attentive to address anything we needed. Fantastic place!!
