Be our guest in our 3BR/2BA flat that was just renovated! We are a half block from Golden Gate Park and steps from the entrance to the museum concourse in Golden Gate Park (Academy of Sciences, De Young Museum, Japanese Tea Gardens).

We have a brand new chef's kitchen plus a master bedroom with a connected en-suite master bathroom. We have another bathroom which serves the other 2 bedrooms. We are the lower flat in a 2 unit building with easy access to our large shared newly renovated backyard.

About Lisa Signoff

We are a family of 3. Alex (48) is an architect/builder/designer. Lisa (49) is also a designer and is co-owner of NBR Design Build with her husband, Alex. Lisa also sells Real Estate in SF. We have one son who is 15yrs old/9th grade. Drew attended French American International School (immersion) for 8 years and is fluent in French. Because our son is an only child, we often travel with our best friends (family of 4) or we bring a friend of our son.

We have done multiple home exchanges and often travel together with our best friends (family of 4) and whenever possible our well behaved 35lb pointer/spanial mix dog.

We live a half block from Golden Gate Park and 2 blocks from the entrance to the museum concourse in Golden Gate Park (Academy of Sciences, De Young Museum, Japanese Tea Garden, Botanical Gardens). We are also a few short blocks from restaurants on Balboa in the Inner Richmond and restaurants across the park on the Inner Sunset side at 9th and Irving. Lastly, we are super easy access to Sausalito and 280 South via Park Presidio. We have a very central location.

What makes this condo unique

Our property is unique because the style of the house is Victorian (with all of the old charm), but we have updated the flat to include the modern amenities anyone would need or want. We have a large master bathroom with an oversized walk in shower. The second bathroom is also updated. The kitchen is a true chef's kitchen with all the modern appliances anyone would need.
