About this property

Renovated charming two bedroom beach house tucked up on headland a short walk to two gorgeous beaches (Merry and Kioloa). Open plan kitchen, two entertaining decks, large garden. Full of bird and animal life. Ideal for a relaxing family holiday.

Great open plan living. Kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances including gas cook top, oven, dishwasher and microwave. Gas bbq. Now comes with wifi and new Samsung smart TV for watching Netflix etc. Two queen beds. Linen, bath and tea towels provided.

A short walk to local cafe, take-away and corner store. Five minute drive to IGA supermarket, bottle shop, bakery, newsagent and chemist.

Strictly no pets and no parties or gatherings of more than 8 people in total including paying guests or deductions from the Bond will apply.

Wonderful atmosphere

We enjoyed our stay, we wanted a quiet holiday and that's what we got. The house had everything we required and more. We enjoyed the visits from the birds and kangaroos. The owners are friendly and a delight to deal with. Would come here again.

Beautiful, peaceful retreat!

We had a fantastic week away with our family, the property is lovely with great facilities. With so many beaches and the rocky headland to explore the kids were never bored. Will go back again!

Amazing house!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house has such a warm and welcome feel. We went with another couple and their 2yr old (so 5 of us all together) and we were very comfortable. There are two queen beds, and in one of the bedroom is a camp single sized for a child. The bathroom was modern and clean. The kitchen was very well equipped with utensils, oils etc. plenty of bowls & cups - even plastic cups & plates for the kids. The DVD selection is incredible - we had one rainy night but it did not matter! We were well entertained. The location is great - just a short walk to the beach. There is so much wildlife nearby too - kangaroos and lorikeets - it really made us feel so far away from home (city). Thank you again to Diana and her family, I highly recommend this to any couple, group of friends and families.

Relaxing & peaceful

We enjoyed our stay at Kioloa. The house was in a great location only minutes walk from 2 beaches. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped, with everything you need for a relaxing time away at the house. The owners were also very accommodating and easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend.

Beaches and wildlife

Easy walking distance to two beaches. Plenty of birds visiting - rainbow lorikeets and king parrots will eat fruit and seed respectively (often while sitting on your arm!), but we also saw black cockatoos, pink galahs, sea eagles and many more. Kangaroos come to graze and play-fight in the backyard every day. This would be a great place to bring overseas guests. Comfortable beds, good linen, very well equipped kitchen - which is just as well, as there aren’t many eating-out options in Kioloa (it’s a quiet spot). But do try dinner at Merry Street restaurant - stunningly good 6-course degustation!
