Wonderfully placed in the Haymarket area making it perfect to explore this fantastic city. Princes Street is only a 15 minute walk or a 5 minute bus/tram journey. Haymarket train station is only a 4 minute walk away which is where the London train and the airport tram/bus stop.
Murrayfield stadium, the home of Scottish Rugby Union, is within easy reach and there is also an ice skating rink there. Tynecastle Football ground, where Hearts play, is close by.
The flat is well equipped with everything you would need for a short or long stay, including a washing machine, free 50mb wifi and a TV and DVD player with a selection of DVDs and board games.
There is a 3 point USB charging plug for phone and tablet charging, all you need to bring are the cables.
The sofa bed is a small double so only really suitable for one adult or two young children at a push.
Can also supply a travel cot if needed.
Guests have sole use of the whole flat
The area is well catered for all your needs from a post office or chemist to restaurants, coffee shops and pubs. There is a CO-OP supermarket 2 minutes away or a Lidl 5 minutes away. A large variety of restaurants and coffee shops are right on your door step if you want to eat out.

Easy walk to main attractions
If you're arriving from the airport you can take the tram or airport bus (100) to Haymarket for £5.50 single, £8.50 return. However, if you want to make a saving walk down the road from the airport to Ingilston park and ride, about 15 minutes, and get on the tram there for £1.70 to the Haymarket. If you arrive in the morning it may be worth getting a day pass for £4.00 and you can get on and off the tram and buses as often as you want, as long as you don't go to the airport. You must have the correct money as no change is given.
