Lovely as new fully renovated 3 bedroom house available. Ideally located this property is 3 km to the CBD, 6km to Townsville's beautiful strand it is 5 minute stroll from the airport you will not be disappointed with the place. The house is fully air-conditioned large kitchen featuring a very nicely renovated bathroom and its own laundry. The space also has a large patio area for entertaining. There is also a bus stop right next to the house if public transport is needed.

There is a studio apartment downstairs that is fully self-contained separated from the upstairs which is rented separately. Both of these areas are kept completely separate so there is complete privacy for each area.

Simple good budget accommodation
The property was really good and well presented with coffee pods and some staples left by other guests. Once the airconditioners are cleaned it will be amazing.

The property was clean and tidy. The bedrooms were good size and with wardrobes in all of them. We felt at home!
Excellent property; perfect for a getaway!
Safe, secure, clean, quiet and extremely comfortable property. No hesitation in recommending it to others! Stayed 8 nights here and we were so pleased with this property. Modern, well laid out with plenty of room and all modern amenities, including dishwasher. Great cooking facilities (stovetop, oven, microwave) & all necessary kitchen utensils. In a quiet neighborhood (5 minutes from Airport, but no disturbing airport noise); very close to shops and a short drive to The Strand & Castle Hill. Easy access to Highway. AC & fans in lounge room and all 3 bedrooms. Linen, including towels provided. Comfortable lounge suite, good TV and excellent internet reception. Lovely patio (balcony) to relax in after a big day of taking in the sights. Large, tidy garden. We also had use of the undercover garage with electric door. Property is on the first floor, with easy access via undercover stairs direct from the garage. Owner, Steve, was only a phone call away & always prepared to answer questions and take care of any requests promptly. We had a late flight out of Townsville and Steve was kind enough to give us a late check out at no extra cost. We will definitely stay here again,
Home away from home
Property was like being at home; very comfortable, had everything we needed, the best part was we could take our pet with us. I'll certainly recommend this property to any family who will be visiting Townsville. Thanks Steve, it was a pleasure.
