About the property

Go back in time in this wonderful Australian 60's freshly painted vintage home offering lots of natural light with high ceilings and situated on south Bunbury's highest peak.

Your pets are welcome with you or in a separate secure sleep-out adjoining the double enclosed garage. There is a secure grassed back yard.

The three large bedrooms (all with double beds) include generous built in robes. The main bedroom includes a brand new built in reverse cycle air conditioner.

Full bathroom with separate bath plus an additional toilet and shower with hand rails off the laundry.

A built in reverse cycle air conditioner in the main bedroom for those hot summer nights and an efficient gas heater in winter which heats efficiently the living areas.

Full Kitchen including oven, grill, microwave, pantry etc; extensive laundry with large top load washing machine and dryer (clothes line also available). Vintage laundry basket and peg basket too!

The house includes everything you need.

The total internal area is one level and has no stairs for easy access and hand rails on extra shower and toilet if you have an aged or handicapped family member.

You will have complete access to entire home, back yard, front yard, front verandah with outdoor setting and lock up 2 car garage and very large workshop. A front door key will be arranged for you.

A small gas BBQ located on front verandah.


Interaction with Guests

Everything you need is there including linen and towels. If you have forgotten anything there are many supermarkets and specialty stores in Bunbury plus the famous Bunbury Markets open 7 days a week. We will let you have your complete privacy so there is no need for personal contact however we are happy to answer all questions anytime via email. Text and phone please try to keep within working hours.
