About Vacasa, GA - Atlanta Office
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

We had the best time. Just my family of three and boxer. The back deck was great and kept our dog from running off. House was clean and had everything we needed. The hot tub was a great place to relax after a day of hiking. So much to do all around this property. Ruby Falls, Helen and many other cute places to visit all within a few miles. Beautiful driving-we would stay here again.
Great cabin for what we wanted. We used this as our base camp for the North GA Wine Highway. Close to all the surrounding wineries. We visited Helen and Dahlonega for lunch and dinner while staying here. Cabin was clean and nice. 3 couples comfortably stayed here. As others have said the pool table was smaller but it didn't make it any less fun to play.
Would definitely rent here again!
Most amazing cabin ever!
We loved everything about this cabin! The view & the cabin itself were the most amazing! I highly recommend the Skycrest to anyone & everyone!
We enjoyed an nice and quiet long weekend here. The place is well outfitted and very comfortable. Helen is a short drive away as is Anna-Ruby Falls.
Cabin was OK, but a bit tired. Needs maintenance
We pool table is on the low-end scale of size and quality. We had fun with it, but it wasn't fabulous. The hot tub was a problem. Apparently no maintenance was done on it and solid material kept floating around. I called twice to have someone fix it. The showed up (twice), but never resolved the issue fully. It didn't ruin our stay. We just will pick another property.
We apologize for the disappointments this guest experienced. The pool table is a standard amateur table used in rentals and is not advertised as being acceptable for professional or serious usage. We did send housekeeping out twice to address the hot tub; the first time we completely emptied it it, wiped it down, changed the filter, refilled it and added the necessary chemicals. We did another wipe down the second time and were unable to find any problem with the hot tub at that time or after the guest's departure. We are sorry to see they did not feel comfortable with it.
Good, but not super duper terrific
The cabin is nice and comfortable. We chose this property because they accept pets. The beds were reasonable comfortable. The couches were comfortable, but definitely showing their age as it's very worn and has tears. Since they accept pets, I wasn't expecting high end furniture. We also were looking forward to the pool table and hot tub. The pool table is small and very low quality. We had fun, but don't much out of it. The hot tub was a nice size. During our stay, we had to call to have it cleaned because there was solid material floating in the water that wasn't caused by us. Housekeeping drained and refilled it, but never cleaned the scum, so we had to call them back a 2nd time, which they did fairly quickly. On our last day, we had a very heavy rain and found a roof leak. Overall, the negatives didn't ruin our good time. After the hot tub was cleaned, we continued to enjoy ourselves in the hot tub and play pool.
