A warm welcome from Brandi. I am a North Queensland resident and I adore our amazing outdoor lifestyle. I’ve been a passionate AirBnB host and Super Host for over four years. I was fortunate to attend the AirBnB conference in L.A. in November 2016 and I gained many valuable insights from it. I own one of my own properties and host on behalf of other lovely property owners and I enjoy helping them to achieve their financial goals, as well as ensuring all guests delight in their AirBnB experience. My main property is a spacious three bedroom, fully air conditioned apartment in Townsville. It overlooks the ocean and is located at the end of The Strand opposite Magnetic Island ferry terminal. I love the North Queensland lifestyle and take full advantage of the many easily accessible outdoor activities which include a variety of world class events. Guests will enjoy the privacy of the entire apartment as I never mix guests. The apartment boasts a large private balcony with an outdoor setting along with the use of two resident only swimming pools and a large spa. It is a short stroll to the Casino, town centre, restaurants, hotels and bars as well as The Strand and the very popular water park for children. I have included some recommendations for nearby restaurants etc. Free wifi is included in all apartments I host. You will have an amazing stay in our lovely, spacious home! Everything is provided for you to relax – be it having a cool drink on the breezy balcony or a dip in the pools! If you want to venture out, you’re in an ideal location: only a few minutes’ walk to many leisure and entertainment facilities - the Strand Beach and Parklands, the Aquarium, Jupiter’s Casino and restaurants Also, within a few minutes’ walk are plenty of funky cafes, trendy bars and restaurants all with magnificent views.

Spacious, comfortable accommodation A spacious, 175m2, deluxe apartment which accommodates up to 8 people (2 single pull out beds are available and rec for children or a queen size euro bed is available for rent). There is large balcony to relax or entertain on. Fully air-conditioned, Three bedroom, Two bathroom, fully self contained unit in a quiet, secure unit complex overlooking Anzac Park, The Strand and back rooms to the marina. NBN / Free Unlimited Wifi is now connected. Please note that there are stairs up to the apartment. A modern kitchen with SMEG appliances, a large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toasted sandwich maker and all the cookware necessary to make gourmet meals, as well as complimentary coffee, tea, milk, and snacks. A coffee machine is also provided. Two bathrooms which are spotless. The ensuite boasts a separate bath/spa and shower. Comfy living area with loads of natural light and a desk. The breezy balcony is where we love to have a bbq; and to relax with a drink and a good book. Three resort-style pools to choose from, including a kiddys’ pool and cool, grassy areas to chill-out.

Brilliant, well maintained spacious apartment.
We loved the space and the obvious care shown to the property. Well situated opposite the ferry terminal and walking distance to Palmer St and particularly the Strand.
Great showers and well equipped kitchen. We took full advantage of the balcony area for al fresco meals and group conversation.
Brandi was easily contactable to answer any questions. we had and kindly left us a nice bottle of red one afternoon.Nothing was too much trouble including arranging a Eurobed for our fouth group member.
Allocated parking plus two pools helped make this a superior holiday apartment.
Our best recommendation is that we would actively seek a return stay for our next trip to Townsville.

Excellent Unit in Perfect Location
Our family have just spent a great 3 night stay at Brandi's place. We were looking for a large self-catering apartment in a location where we could walk to everything, and it turned out perfectly. Brandi was excellent in communicating and responded very quickly to any query I had. The apartment was spacious for our family and had a lovely outlook from the huge verandah where we enjoyed all our meals. Everything was comfortable and well-equipped. It felt like Brandi's home with personal touches and belongings including a nice range of books (a different feel to the more sterile purpose-built professional holiday rentals). Parking was easy and the pools were lovely. The location is one of it's best assets - one road to cross to the ferry terminal for a great day on Magnetic Island; the Strand and parklands start right behind the unit - giving you access to lovely level water-side walking paths, children's play areas including an impressive water-park, cafes and restaurants and the rock pool at the far end. Coles supermarket was also an easy walk for self-caterers (as was the Sunday market down town to buy fresh produce). We also walked in under 5 minutes to the Aquarium and Museum. Really a perfect spot. I felt it was good value for such a large family apartment - and we certainly hope to stay again when next in Townsville. We very much enjoyed the space that Brandi has provided. We spent most of our time on the large balcony, but the whole apartment is spacious and comfortable. It’s close to The Strand and Marina. Having 3 bedrooms all with queen/king beds is a rarity and perfect for adults travelling together. The kitchen is well equipped for any meal you need to prepare. Oven dishes, very large stove top pot big enough to feed everyone and a versatile, banquet sized electric fry pan. It’s a good place to base yourself for a Townsville visit. Recommend the Pier restaurant which is basically next door. Superb! Also recommend the Townsville Brewery which is also in walking distance albeit a little further.

Great large unit, fantastic for long stays. Great location near Strand and Casino.
Great large 3 bedroom unit with balcony, washer,dryer,dishwasher etc. Has everything you need for long stays. Great location with easy access to Strand and City. Property Managers very easy to communicate with. Would recommend.

Excellent apartment close to Townsville amenities
We spent 2 nights here and really enjoyed the apartment which was really well presented, perfect for our families needs, close to the heart of Townsville, and right beside the ferry to magnetic island.
Beautiful personal touches
My family and I stayed for a basketball competition for my son and we couldn’t of be happier. Everything was so clean and Brandi’s personal touches made us feel very at home. The bed was so comfortable and check in was simple. Thanks Brandi
