Take hikes at Snowflake trailhead, take the kids fishing at nearby Sawmill Reservoir, it’s quite possible to see fox and even moose right outside on the ski runs. From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel the comfort and warmth of a luxury townhome. Upstairs you’ll find an open plan living room, kitchen, and dining room. The living room is comfortably furnished with plenty of seating, a gas fireplace, and a flat screen TV with cable and DVD/Bluray. The dining room has table seating for 6-7 people (plus bar seating for 3) and the adjacent kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need to prepare a hearty meal after skiing. There is also a small balcony that is accessed from the living room area. In the attached garage is our propane BBQ grill that rolls outside for easy grilling.
On the main entry level is the grand master bedroom with a king bed, private deck, and in suite private bathroom. This bedroom has a flat screen TV with cable. Wireless broadband internet will allow you full internet access.
Down a level is a second master bedroom with a queen bed, walk in closet, and a bathroom that is accessible from the bedroom and the secondary living room. The bunk room is also on this level and offers a twin-on-top, double-on-bottom bunk bed with its own private bathroom. Adjacent to these bedrooms is a secondary living room that provides a great place for the group to spread out and relax after a full day of skiing, hiking or shopping. It offers TV with cable and BluRay/DVD, together with a pull out queen sofa.

This property has a full-size washer and dryer, wireless broadband internet, and can accommodate a maximum of 8 adults.
The minimum age limit to rent 25. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
This property can accommodate a maximum of 2 vehicles (one in the heated garage and one in driveway). 4x4 is recommended during any date that snow may occur.
Ski access: Ski in and Ski out on a Green Run (beginner) that takes you to the Snowflake lift. This strategically located lift provides access to both Peak 8 and Peak 9, and from those base areas, to skiing on Peaks 7 and 10. If (for some reason) you’d prefer, the nearby Free Shuttle stop at Snowflake/Blue Sky provides ski-season shuttle access to base areas of Peaks 7, 8 and 9 and year-round access to town and the BreckConnect gondola.
