Yanchep Holiday Rental
Lovely and quiet location. Overlooks Indian Ocean. Very clean and some thoughtfull added extras. Would highly recommend. Will book again when visiting family.
An excellent holiday home in a very nice location. Would definitely recommend.
We had an amazing time the house is absolutely stunning and the view is out of this world.
Highly recommend this property, lovely quiet neighbourhood house is set in a cul-de-sac with lovely big front lawns with view of the ocean. The house is home away from home and definitely caters for all needs.
Everything and more!!
An absolutely perfect place to stay. This is a beautiful home with absolutely everything for a perfect break away. From Nana and Poppy to the teens...they all loved it. We will be back!! Thank you Warrick and Helen for the little extras and your impeccable hospitality.
Quiet, peaceful and perfect for this family of 5
We loved our time at Laurance Reef House. The owners thought of just about every detail a family could wish for. Thank you so much, we will be back!
Thanks Naomi. We look forward to seeing you all again.
Regards Helen and Warrick.
Beautiful. Spotless. Owners were lovely.
The location of this beautiful home was lovely, if a little remote. The house itself was spotless and decorated immaculately. Two of the bedrooms did not have wardrobes but we managed by hanging clothes where we could. The only other slight inconvenience was that the oven did not work, which was difficult during a 2 week stay. Warwick and his wife Helen were heaven sent. They could not do enough. We would definitely stay there again, but probably not for a long period again. But well done Warwick and Helen. Paradise.
Thanks for lovely review Phillip & Rita. We are very sorry about the grill not working on the oven, but we were unaware that this the grill was not working for you until you informed us on the last day of your stay at Laurance Reef. We both look forward to seeing you back in Yanchep on your return.
Warrick and Helen.
Yanchep is situated only 45 mins by car north west of Perth. The region is home to beautiful pristine beaches, natural bushland, a community of inspired artists, and the famous award winning Yanchep National Park as well as being steeped in history. Yanchep is also the gateway to the new Indian Ocean Drive which is a popular tourist drive that takes you on a colour-filled road trip to the town of Geraldton at the northern terminus. The drive provides visitors with the best view of the largest collection of wildflowers on Earth, beautiful turquoise beaches and one of Australia’s most unique landscapes – the Pinnacles Desert.
YANCHEP NATIONAL PARK
Bring a picnic or make use of one of the many free barbecues overlooking the lake and nestled in the tuart and banksia woodlands.

Spot the western grey kangaroo
Yanchep National Park is home to western grey kangaroos which can be seen in abundance early and late in the day. At other times they shelter from the sun so you might be lucky enough to see them resting in shady areas.

THE YANCHEP LAGOON
The Yanchep Lagoon is a truly wonderful natural lagoon that is patrolled by the local surf club throughout the summer months. The beach immediately to the south of the Lagoon is called Fishermans Hollow and is the perfect beach for young children to learn to swim and snorkel in a shallow reef pool. Further south again is the Yanchep Dog Beach that offers some fantastic fishing and surfing locations and is also a beautiful beach for your dogs to take a swim or walk.
TWO ROCKS MARINA
The Two Rocks Marina has a boat ramp to launch your weekend fishing trip, while sailing this part of the ocean you are never out of sight from ‘King Neptune’, a giant Limestone sculpture who has been a landmark for many years from both the ocean and the land. There is also a collection of other limestone sculptures scattered around the Two Rocks Shopping Centre depicting various subjects. While exploring this wonderful coastline please make time to visit the Atlantis Maritime Exhibition at the Two Rocks Shopping Centre, open Sundays 12noon to 3pm, a unique and fascinating overview of WA’s maritime past, the America’s Cup History and Challenge at Two Rocks and Cray Fishing History gold coin donation on entry.
From ‘Locals’ at the South end of the Yanchep Dog Beach through to ‘Derrs’, about 1.5 kilometres north of Two Rocks, the coastline between Yanchep and Two Rocks offers a range of surf breaks that are suitable for both beginners and experienced surfers. The best time of the year is generally late Autumn through to early Spring, however good waves can be surfed through the summer months depending on weather and swell conditions.
