Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
All of the below should be read with the knowledge that most of our reviews on property sites have been 4 or 5 stars over the years...
We have stayed at Arrowhead three times in five years, each time in a different condo. The location of this unit is very convenient to the ski lift and golf course. We didn’t have a problem with the cleanliness of the unit as some prior reviewers did. And Vacasa was quickly responsive to some minor arrival issues. However, for the cost, and for a unit that sleeps 8, the situation was not good.
First off, the mattress in the master bedroom was awful. We made our kids switch out rooms with us after two nights because of how bad the sleep was in there. Second, for a place that sleeps 8, there were about one-third the number of cups, mugs, and glasses that one would expect. Six of us stayed in there and we were washing cups constantly. I’d recommend spending $30 to get some additional glasses. Next, the appliances, while looking mostly new, were from planet bizarro, especially the microwave, which was the oddest, least intuitive microwave I’ve ever seen. The dishwasher seemed to be lacking the proper number of tines on the bottom rack and it was hard to get bowls and plates upright in there. There was also very limited lighting in most of the rooms. You couldn’t read a book in a bedroom at night without using an iPhone light. The furnishings in the family room were nice, as were the bathrooms. We particularly liked the upstairs loft area which was great for the kids. The thermostats were another crazy thing. No matter how low we turned them, the temp would not drop below about 72 unless we opened the doors. That was really crazy.
Given the cost and considering all of the compounded problems above, I can’t give this more than two stars. We would never rent this unit again. The cleaning fee also seemed excessive.

Given the cost of over $800/night (after all fees) and considering all of the compounded problems above, I can’t give this more than two stars. We would never rent this unit again. The cleaning fee of around $250 also seemed excessive.
This was a very nice condo. Plenty of room for 7 people. When you walk out the back door of the condo you walk up a few steps and you are literally at the ski lift. That was nice. The only thing we did not like was the fact that the shuttle to arrowhead stopped at 5:30 PM. SO if you ate dinner at beaver creek village you had to get a cab back to Arrowhead. Don’t understand why arrowhead was the only community that stopped their shuttle so early. BUT overall we had a wonderful time and we will come back. Arrowhead mountain area was so nice and not crowded. Really enjoyed our stay. Thanks!
Great location. Comfortable surroundings and very quiet.
- The bed cover on the master bedroom had a stain.
- There were sheets full of hairs in the dryer
- There were towels with stains
- The right curtain in the master bedroom is broken, and in the open position so light comes in
- There were wet towels and sheets hanging in the closets
- This can be subjective but the place is dark at night. There are so few lights that it feels like a medieval castle.
Made a complaint, they decided to give me a half day (out of 10) reimbursement.
This place was the dirtiest place by far that we have ever stayed. Super dusty, stained bedding, fresh nasty stains on bedding!!! , dirty towels even blood stains on them, hair every where in the bathrooms. Dust is hanging over the ventilation fans, dirty, dusty carpet. Mold in the bathrooms. One of the toilet leaking water. Very low water pressure for a condo on 3rd floor so imagine the toilets... This list could go on and on and on...........
The property manager did not want to help in the beginning, told us that house was clean when we checked in!!!!! but later after we really insisted property manager came to place saw everything I am talking about here and he tried to fix some of the issues but we all got sick by then. It was too late...
very very bad. I tried to vacuum myself, there was no bag in the vacuum machine that made the place worse and dustier.
I have picture of everything as a proof that I am giving feedback here.
Garage in the floor G, ski storage in another level you go to 1st floor, then you go to 3rd floor to room. There is no garbage disposing area that you have to take it to 1st floor, go outside of the building and dump it there. Everything is inconvenient.
