Bright and airy, this third-floor condo features a mountain-chic style and a relaxing ambiance. Surf the cable channels or watch a DVD on the flatscreen HDTV. Cuddle up by the gas fireplace with your special someone while the private washer/dryer takes care of the laundry.

With easy access to the slopes at Beaver Creek, you'll be able to find something to suit everyone's skill level without hassle. Get the kids started on the beginner slopes so that they can work on some fundamentals while you seek adrenaline on the challenging expert runs. Soak in the hot tub afterwards, or loosen up with a few laps in the shared pool.

When the sun is out and the temperatures are rising, you can find a shady spot under a tree and cast a line or two on one of Vail Valley's rivers or streams. Enjoy a hearty meal at Vista Restaurant at Arrowhead, which is just a few short steps away from your front door.

Spend your days casting lines, hiking the trails, or flying down snow-filled runs when you book your stay at this Colorado escape.

About Vacasa, CO - Vail/Beaver Creek Office

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Dusty, dirty, terrible place to stay......

 • 1 of 5

This place was the dirtiest place by far that we have ever stayed. Super dusty, stained bedding, fresh nasty stains on bedding!!! , dirty towels even blood stains on them, hair every where in the bathrooms. Dust is hanging over the ventilation fans, dirty, dusty carpet. Mold in the bathrooms. One of the toilet leaking water. Very low water pressure for a condo on 3rd floor so imagine the toilets... This list could go on and on and on...........
The property manager did not want to help in the beginning, told us that house was clean when we checked in!!!!! but later after we really insisted property manager came to place saw everything I am talking about here and he tried to fix some of the issues but we all got sick by then. It was too late...
very very bad. I tried to vacuum myself, there was no bag in the vacuum machine that made the place worse and dustier.
I have picture of everything as a proof that I am giving feedback here.

Garage in the floor G, ski storage in another level you go to 1st floor, then you go to 3rd floor to room. There is no garbage disposing area that you have to take it to 1st floor, go outside of the building and dump it there. Everything is inconvenient.
Owner's Response: We are sorry to see this guest arrived to a sub-par cleaning job. The property manager personally re-cleaned the home and brought out fresh linens and towels. This is an unusual situation, and we appreciate our guest's patience in the matter. They were refunded for the inconvenience.

Great place

 • 4 of 5

Great place but missing a few essentials like extra trash bags, extra toilet paper and clear communication of unit number and garage codes.

Nice condo but weird location

 • 3 of 5

The condo was very nice and comfortable for my family of 5. Great beds, space, kitchen well stocked. Our biggest complaint was in the condo community of Arrowhead. It was predominately senior citizens who had no interest in being around children. When we arrived at the pool, my 3 well mannered kids (ages 7,11,13) were given disapproving looks. The pool shuts down at 8:00. The only open restaurant is at the golf course. There are no other businesses or activities within Arrowhead. It's a total ghost town.

Nice place to go if you're over the age of 70. Otherwise wouldn't return.
