This condo at The Charter in Beaver Creek is actually situated right on the creek! The patio opens to a large lawn area as well as to the creek, providing easy outdoor access and the ability to literally walk out the door and onto the skiway! The lawn area provides privacy and seclusion from the road and from the goings-on at the hotel. Just steps to Creekside Park and the Village.
In the winter months, you are literally steps from the ski way! This is a very private unit with easy access to Chairlift 14 (Elkhorn), to Creekside Park, and to the parking garage. This ground level condo is a corner unit and only accessible by stairs. Please contact us for handicap needs.
The condo has been upgraded with slab-granite counters in the kitchen and both baths. There is also new wool carpeting throughout (wool = warmth and comfort).
The bedroom has a new, super-comfortable king-sized bed with fine linen and down comforters.
The living room couch is a pull-out queen which can sleep 2 extra. There are plenty of additional pillows, blankets and throws to ensure your comfort while staying here.
