Experience the best of Breckenridge's world-class skiing right outside your door. One Ski Hill is located directly at the base of Peak 8, which is the center base area of Breckenridge's 5 peaks. At the end of the day, forget standing in line waiting to get on the gondola to get back to your car; you can just walk straight to your unit and clean up for après-ski or make a quick stop at the world famous T-Bar conveniently located right inside the building.
But all that doesn't mean that One Ski Hill is a winter-only destination. Year round amenities include indoor and outdoor hot tubs with breathtaking mountain views, the only bowling alley in Breckenridge, and two private movie lounges! Not to mention the popular Peak 8 Summer Fun Park is located adjacent to the building, and One Ski Hill is one of the few buildings in Breckenridge that has air conditioning! This was our second stay at One Ski Hill and it is first class all the way!
Can’t say enough about the condo and overall property, but what made the experience over the top was the homeowner and Stay Summit the management company. They went above and beyond to work with our schedule and requests! We have stayed in many properties and worked with all kinds of different homeowners and management companies and this was by far our best experience to date! Looking forward to coming back soon!
The resort is luxurious and guests are very well taken care of by the hotel even if you rent through an owner as we did. The condo was perfect and the owners had thought of everything - even having humidifiers at the ready for the dry mountain air. We will stay again any time!

This One Ski Hill unit was fabulous! Great views and lots of amenities. The shuttle service was quick and efficient. Mark was very easy to deal with and quick to respond to any concerns I may have had. Will definitely rent this unit again!
