                      Overall our stay was good. Access to the beach was great. Being on the first floor make it very convenient. There are codes for everything to allow guest only access, however, too many codes to remember. First floor was great for access but we were at the mercy of the incredibly noisy guests above us who had children running around really late at night (after 11) and early in the morning (6-7). The owner checked in on us multiple times and gave us extra towels. They also provided plenty of beach towels. We had to go to a local laundromat a couple of times as there was no w/d in the unit - biggest downfall. Also, the day before we left the electronic box where you enter the code to enter the unit got stuck. We had three older kids in the unit. They couldn’t get out and we couldn’t get in. Major problem for us. We were locked out for over an hour and a half. I called the office and they got right on it and the owner and office worker took care of it. Very inconvenient and a little scary with the kids not being able to get out. Also, the two beds in the bigger room have bed frames that stick out. One of our kids got hurt twice from these as they stick out or are a little oversized for the mattresses. Two fridges and dishwashers made it super convenient. Bring garbage bags as we didn’t have more than two. Lots of comfortable seating with the comfy couches. Pretty expensive stay for us. Although owner was very nice not sure we would do it again. Very close to St. John’s Pass Boardwalk with lots to do.

                      Walk right out to the beach. Easy drive north to Indian Rocks and Clearwater...easy drive south to St Pete’s. Spacious accommodation...well supplied, updated and clean. I’d give it 5 stars if it had a stackable washer/dryer instead of a second refrigerator!

                      We had a very pleasant experience with our stay at Sea Breeze, Unit 104. Very spacious, modern decor. Gorgeous view of the gulf! We chose to walk to all local restaurants and shops during our stay. No complaints!

                      We stayed here with another family and it was perfect. Check in was a breeze and we were able to check in early which was very nice. We liked that it was walking distance to a lot of different restaurants and shops including John's Pass. There were plenty of linens and the kitchen was fully stocked. The balcony was so nice to drink your coffee in the morning.

                      There were very minor issues, one being there were no instructions for the tv and there were many remotes (some without batteries) but we couldn't figure it out. Not a big deal. Also, in the bedroom with the 2 queen beds it did have it's own bathroom but the pocket doors were not able to close so that was inconvenient. *These were very minor and if anything they are recommendations, because we would go back in a second. Highly recommend.
