About Cassie Shuford
So abit about me, I am from the south, but spent vacations as a child here in this area. We always rented homes in or near the water and my memories of those times are very dear. Sometimes 2 families would join together and rent a home; beachfires at night with smores and cold drinks were the norm. this is a great area for making memories.
Cassie Shuford purchased this House in 2013
Why Cassie Shuford chose Bay Point Vista
This is an awesome neighborhood. Its quiet and within minutes of many good restaurants- Sunset Grill, Fisherman's Cove, The Point and Hub Stacy's to name a few. The home is minutes from a large public boat launch with spacious parking lots. There is live music five nights of the week at the The Point. Hub Stacy's has live music Thursday through Sunday. Little known fact- you are 12 miles from the Aviation Museum and all it offers at the Navy Base.

Very nice, relaxing property. Clean, good area.
Had a great time for our spring break experience. Beutiful home, well cared for. Great neighborhood. Cassie provided wonderful suggestions for dinner and other excursions. Would very much recommend for a family getaway.
Terrific house and location
This house is truly wonderful and it is in the perfect location to enjoy Perdido Key and Pensacola. The house is very comfortable and is well stocked with everything you could need. It has a nice little fenced in backyard that we used everyday. We had access to the garage and use of beach chairs and umbrellas. The owner even supplied beach towels! The area that the house is located is very convenient to beautiful beaches and NAS Pensacola where you can visit the Naval Museum and the Blue Angels. I would highly recommend this house!
We enjoyed stayingIn this house very much! Loved the safe neighborhood and close restaurants !
We had a great experience here. The only thing we wished was for another TV in the house since there was 6 of us with different interests in shows to watch. Cassie was a very generous and accommodating host and we loved the beach chairs and towels provided for us to use. We would definitely go back again!
We loved it! Delightful experience!

Fantastic House in Great Location
We had a wonderful time in this house. Quick drive over to the public beaches and beautiful space to relax. Cute deck that we used for grilling most nights. Could not recommend this house enough. Cassie was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with.
Flora Bama restaurant is within a 23 minute drive down the beach from the house. There is considerable opportunities to deep sea fish in Perdido Key FL or just beyond in Orange Beach, AL Some of the best fishing is in this area. One of my neighbors is the founder and co-owner of Flora Bama.
