Located on the back half of our property, you’ll have 750' sq feet of thoughtful living space, plus a private second-story deck complete with patio furniture. The space is professionally cleaned after each use with eco-friendly, non-toxic, vegan products. The yard and patio below - including a charcoal and gas grill as well as outdoor hot tub - are yours to share and use.
Equipped with an upscale, fully-loaded kitchen and dishwasher, heated radiant tile entry and bathroom floors, new high-efficiency washer and dryer, a gas fireplace, high-speed internet, TV with a free Netflix account. The queen bed and armoire easily accommodate a couple in the open-air master suite, while the sectional couch and love-seat both fold out for two additional beds, perfect for four kids or two adults. Linens are provided for beds and bath.
The kitchen has all your coffee, cooking, and baking needs covered! During the summer sunlights and private deck allow you to take advantage of our long Montana days, while the gas fireplace and radiant tile provide beautiful ambience and heat in the winter.
Two off street parking spots are available. A private gravel drive and carport gives you easy access to the home, while a pin-pad key drop makes access to the home convenient with zero hassle.
We live next door in the historic early 1900s log cabin with what we like to call our farmette complete with 7 chickens and a pet pig named Winnie. We use the shared ground-level patio and hot tub. Expect a warm, clean quiet space with conversation if you so desire, and solitude if you do not.
We live in an awesome neighborhood with old and new homes. There are two parks within a few blocks of the home, and free public transportation will pick you up one block away if you need to travel farther than your feet will carry you.
Free buses can take you all over town, and if you're a skier the free weekend bus to Bridger Bowl leaves from the Gallatin County Fairgrounds just 2 blocks north of the apartment. Our home is super bike and walk friendly.
