About Vacasa of Utah

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Close to amenities and downtown. The house was laid out nicely. Quiet. All the cupboards and drawers were labeled. Beds and couches were comfy. Everything worked.

Great house for us

 • 5 of 5

6 of us came down to go biking. The house was perfect, well equipped and spacious enough for all. The hot tub was great at the end of he day and watching the sunset was very relaxing. he garage was perfect for storing and servicing the bikes.

It was a short walk to the main street for food, coffee and drinks. The hospital was nearby as well just in case thing go wrong!!

The house was in a very quiet area and we greatly enjoyed our stay. we'll be back.

good times with friends

 • 5 of 5

6 of us drove down from Canada for a mountain bike week. The house was perfectly situated a short walk from coffee, food and drinks.
The house itself was more than big enough for us with plenty of space and a fully equipped kitchen for when we wanted to cook.
The double garage was great for storing and servicing the bikes. All in all a great week and everyone was happy with the house.
Great home base for MTB riding Moab

 • 5 of 5

This place is nicely furnished (nicer than the other one we rented almost next door), roomy, has a big garage to store bikes and gear, and everything worked. One of the 4 bedrooms has open upper walls to the living area, so be aware of that for noise sensitivity. Or wear ear plugs
