Beware, a lot of deferred maintenance here. Upstairs bedroom mattress will be sure to roll you and your partner to the center; threadbare sheets, stained white towels. As mentioned above in the survey, there were maggots in the trash can and recycle bin and it took 3 calls to have someone come to the property and deal with this issue. There is plenty of space here, which is the only saving grace of this rental. I would not recommend this rental. Consider something else or you will have week of backaches due to the mattress issue. And don't plan on using the tub as shown in the pictures; it is not available to use, apparently having leaking issues and the taps have been removed and a lovely do not use sign on the tub. Take our advise, look elsewhere for a rental.

Great Family Vacation 2017

We really enjoyed our stay at your property. We were a little disappointed in the Cabana Club. Place & employees were nice we just didn't like that we couldn't take our own cooler onto the beach with our drinks & sandwiches. So we went to Bahia Honda beach & Sombrero Beach.

Last fishing trip with our Boys

The place was clean and there were no surprises. This is a place we will recommend to others. Just some ideas for the management to think about...... A guest book, pads of paper for making grocery lists or other information.

Was not ready for occupancy.

We arrived at a property that was half paints blu. An extension latter blocked our entry to the stairway & had to be removed by us. The trash at the bottom of the stairs was overflowing. There was dirt and trash on the stairs and walkway going up to the unit. The door to the duplex was wide open & someone who was staying in the adjacent unit was doing her personal laundry in our unit. The front door when clsed has a gap under it through which ghost ants & flies can pass. The floor wasn't mopped and all the linens in baths & bedrooms were mismatched & many in shabby condition. We were unable to use the cable the first three days. The toilet backed up on Christmas (not due to anything we did). There were no tall kitchen bags or floor cleaner until we asked & they were brought. On the balcony was a broken washing machine, a mattress & various bed linens. If these things are attended to and a hair dryer and a pair of tennis rackets were pu there instead of Easter baskets and other innocuous stuff, it would be a desirable property due to its proximity to several amenities.
