The PRIVACY in this unit far surpasses other units in the EBT community! Looks out onto beach and up coast only, not into other buildings and other balconies. PIctures are exactly what you will see!! PRIVATE SUNSETS FROM YOUR BALCONY OR INSIDE YOUR UNIT!!! This unit has EVERYTHING you are looking for in a care free vacation, please read all the amenities that are provided, not a detail is missed. Building C is the closest to the beach so your only steps away to the white sands and the Gulf!

Unit was just renovated August 2017. See pictures! Why stay in a hotel room when you can vacation in a place that feels like home and you can save money at the same time! This condo has one of the best views and is in one of the most secluded locations in the community. Unobstructed views west, north and south due to it’s ideal corner placement within the building..... views of Sanibel Island and seven miles of Ft. Myers Beach as far as you can see. Sip coffee on your shaded balcony in the morning from your 4th floor condo and watch the dolphins and shore birds right in front of you with binoculars provided in the unit. In the evening watch the sunsets, and the moonlight reflect across the gulf without even leaving your condo. From the moment you walk in you will know you made the right decision to stay here.

AMENITIES

Our unit has a NEW(2017) LUXURY king size bed and a newer queen size sleeper sofa (2015), with an accordion door that can be pulled shut to make each room more private. There is one full bathroom in the bedroom area. It is perfect for that romantic getaway. Air-conditioning was replaced November 2017.

The renovated kitchen has a granite bar area and all new appliances including a dishwasher. There's even a Keurig coffee maker maker along with a regular one. The cabinets are stocked with all the amenities of home . Incidentals like Toilet Paper, paper towels, soap etc are provided for the entire stay, unlike other units.

ALL your linens are provided, and the king bed is made upon arrival. Ample towels and beach towels are in the unit for your convenience.

There is a hair dryer, iron and small ironing board. There is a nice BAR HEIGHT table and chairs set on the balcony so you can enjoy breakfast and coffee as the birds fly right by you. There are binoculars, beach chairs, a beach bag , shelling bags and 2 beach umbrella for your use.

We have 2 TV's , a new large flat screen TV on the wall and DVD player in the living room and another TV in the bedroom area. Your own High-Speed Internet is a must while traveling and we have even upgraded the cable to the HD X1 box with DVR and a remote you can talk into to find your favorite channels and shows, you can even record your favorite shows while your out to watch when you return. Netflix is also available on both TV's . We also have a telephone for calls within the US and even Canada, so you can avoid roaming charges if traveling from out of the country.

COMMUNITY:

This condo is in the Estero Beach and Tennis club located directly on the Gulf of Mexico on the quiet end of Ft. Myers beach (south end). If you are a beachcomber and love looking for shells or are a nature lover it’s the perfect location for you! Peace and tranquility await you in your own little slice of paradise.

The complex is made up of three buildings, check out the photo that shows you the grounds layout. It also has a HEATED pool, brand NEW hartru TENNIS COURTS, shuffle board and BBQ grills that are all for your use as our guest. There is ample parking outside each building but registration at on site office is required. There also is a security guard that is on duty walking the grounds and in the office on a daily basis. Laundry services are available on the first floor next to the elevator in each building for your convenience for a minimum charge should you need to do laundry during your stay.

INFORMATION ON AREA:

Right across the street is a CVS and Santini Plaza and Marina. There are plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from there. In the marina you have access to sightseeing tours and fishing trips. Further north in the middle of the island you can rent mopeds and bikes. A short walk down the beach in front of the Wyndham hotel you will find parasailing and Jet Ski rentals. You can take the trolley which picks you up right in front of Santini Plaza and ride down to the north end of the island and go out on the pier and enjoy Times Square (the busier part of the island). There is a Publix midway down the island for your groceries, but a 7 eleven is only two doors away from our community to pick up something quick. You will also find a movie theater close by that serves, dinner and snacks right to your seat. There are many things to do on this 7 mile island and a car is not necessary with the trolley running up and down the island. We are located 35-40 minutes to SW international airport.

We purchased this condo in 2016 after visiting and falling in love with the area. You will not be disappointed, with the beautiful views and the new renovation we have did to make your stay enjoyable. We hope you enjoy the beach and the sunsets as much as we do ! My wife and I are now eagerly anticipating our second stay in condo # 406C at the Estero Beach and Tennis Club. Our initial stay at this fabulous unit left us with many delightful memories and impressions. First, it's corner beachfront location is unbeatable for it's views of the bay, the sunbathers and the beach-walkers, especially from the condo's balcony. Moreover, our own walk to the beach was only a couple of minutes from our building. We thoroughly enjoyed our morning coffee's from the site, as well as for relaxing there on numerous other occasions throughout the daytime and evening. The condo's layout and furnishings are efficiently organized, up to date and tastefully selected. We found the social atmosphere at the site both personable and friendly, as was the security staff, which was efficient and friendly as well. Several shopping and restaurant options are within easy walking distance and a full grocery store is only short drive away. We would highly recommend this condo to any future vacationers. Finally, and last but not least, we've found the owners of the unit, Eileen and Bill , to be a real pleasure to work with.

OUR 2ND VISIT. 5+ STARS . A 3RD ALREADY BOOKED.

For those of you wondering if you should book, all I can say is BOOK...NOW. This was our 2nd year in a row and we have already secured a few weeks next year. Of course, to enjoy this condo, you'll need to enjoy peace, tranquilty, oceanfront living, steps to beach, daily dolphin sightings, great white heron sightings, incredible views, nightly sunsets, walk to ammenities and much more. The condo is situated so it is overlooking the beach and also the peaceful bird estuary. Back to nature (yet close to the action if u wish...walk to many great restaurants etc). At times, u feel you are the only ones in the whole area. Very peaceful. The condo has been completely updated including even a new kitchen with island. Everything u could think of is there....even beach umbrellas and chairs. The king bed is great (upon returning to our home we have purchased a king lol). Eileen, the owner, is incredible to deal with. She checks in to make sure everything is just right. This is my spot for years to come. U will be glad u booked here. Enjoy.

Fantastic place to call home while on vacation

We have stayed in two other units in Estero Beach and Tennis, this one is a gem. Once booked, the owner Eileen is one of the most organized people I have worked with from booking to departure. The condo is in a perfect location for viewing the Gulf sunsets, the facility grounds and beach. You will enjoy a bit of sun and shade as the day progresses on the balcony. The condo is spotless and extremely well equipped and organized. Eileen has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable so you can just bring your cloths and enjoy. I have dragged, bedding, toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies etc. from Ohio to Florida, this place is stocked for your pleasure. She even had a small sewing kit and a pack of matches, just in case you needed them, (who does that?) Furniture was clean and up to date. The bed was comfy and the linens clean and updated. I could go on but you need to see for yourself. I am quite sure if this place is available, we would book again and again. Thanks Eileen for your hospitality.

Great rental property

The condo was in excellent shape, very clean and modern. The views are spectacular (as are the sunsets). Good location with lots of area restaurants and entertainment places. Cannot wait until we get back next year.

Beautiful Condo, and spectaular view!!!

We enjoyed our stay very much. We have been renting at Estero Beach and Tennis Club for 6 years and this condo is the best one we have stayed in. It has been renovated in the past year and everything is new and up to date. We have book for next year already. Eileen is the best and very attentive. Amazing Views & Great Location!

Couldn’t of asked for a better place to stay! This was a perfect get-away spot for my boyfriend and I. The one bedroom condo was very well decorated, clean and well maintained- And the views of the beach and the sunsets were unbeatable! There is plenty of restaurants and activities to do within walking distance or a just a short ride away. The owner also gives plenty of good suggestions for things to do if you haven’t been to Fort Myers Beach before. I would highly recommend this to anyone who appreciates beautiful beaches and great views. We will be back!

Great Condo!

I spent the week of March 3-10 at this lovely condo and had a great time. The weather and the gulf view were wonderful and the condo and its amenities are first rate. Everything was supplied but my food, the decor is very pleasant and elegant, the bed was comfortable, and the two HDTV's (including Netflix) were great. I''m coming back the same time next year!
