This apartment was very clean, comfortable and roomy. It was in an ideal location for us.
The apartment is close to subway stops, restaurants and markets. Kakuna responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had. We would stay here again if a two bedroom is needed.
We had a fantastic week in this spacious apartment. Very well located apartment, really easy to get around on the nearby subway and bus to 5th Avenue. Harlem has its own character, respite from the busier downtown but 15 minutes on the subway and you are in Times Square. The nearby ymca does guest passes and has a great gym. We arrived late and all went smoothly. Plenty of milk and breakfast goodies which is always appreciated , great place to stay
Perfect! Spacious and Close to Subway.
This place is perfect. Kakuna is very nice and helpful with whatever you need and very easy to get a hold of. She very easily set up our ride to the airport coming home; just be aware that the driver takes cash only. The subway is steps from the apartment and very accessible and clean (for the subway that is). The subway being so close, makes it very easy to get anywhere in the city. The location of the apartment is safe, so we felt okay coming home late at night. The apartment is very spacious and the beds are very comfy. Lots of room for a family. I would definitely re-book this place for another stay.
Great option for families
Great home. Easy access to the subway system, lots of space and fully stocked kitchen (with breakfast treats), detailed check in instructions and super easy check out.
Jennifer and her family were lovely guests. We enjoy hosting families and hers was no exception. Communication before and during the trip was easy and everything went smoothly throughout the stay. They were thoughtful guests as well, considerate in their use of the apartment and its amenities. We would definitely welcome them back in the future!
Large comfortable space very close to the subway
We very much enjoyed our stay here. Although a few minutes from the city center it was just a minute walk to the subway and an easy ride from there. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend it!
Spacious and clean
Spacious and clean apartment in a good location. Enjoyed discovering Harlem's many charms.
Any issues promptly attended to. Liked the breakfast goodies delivered on the first night.
We enjoyed hosting Kim and her friend. They were lovely guests, and easy to communicate before and during their stay. Thanks to their early notification about a minor plumbing issue, we were able to repair it immediately and prevent a more significant problem from becoming a reality. We would definitely welcome Kim back in the future.
