This place was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It has a loft feeling to it. Check in and check out were soo easy. Stress free stay. Would definitely stay there again!

Warehouse

This location is further from town than many other Moab rentals, it is in a building that is basically a storage unit with a half wall separating the garage from the living space, people coming and going are very loud. It is right by the freeway and you can hear through the walls. One room is really not a bedroom as it has no windows or closet and opens directly into the other bedroom. There are better accommodations closer to town in actual houses. It is deceptive to market this as a house, because that implies that it doesn't share walls with other units. It is not a house. This is more like a duplex although with more than two units. I don't even know what that's called.

We do not advertise this unit as being a house, but we do call it a home since we hope our guests will make themselves comfortable and feel at home while staying. The pictures presented accurately portray what guests will be renting. Thanks!

We liked the property but the location in a business park was a little strange. The property was clean and quiet and we felt safe. There is about a 5 mile drive into town so no convenient shops. Wish the windows could open. We liked being able to pull the entire car into the garage without having to take the bikes off.

Surprising but enjoyable stay!

When you first arrive, you will think you are in the wrong place or that you have been had. From the outside, it looks like a warehouse. However, once you enter, you will be pleased to find a large 3/2 house with two living rooms inside. The A/C is super cold. The beds are comfy. DirectTV and decent Internet included. It was a great place to come back to after a day wandering in the national parks. The price was cheap too but the location is not within walking distance to Moab, which is the only downside. If I am in Moab again, I will definitely be staying here.

Great for family

Loved the place, location is past the town of Moab so not too convenient for us since we were doing stuff at Arches National Park. It was just my husband and I but this is perfect for families. It was our first time staying at someplace like this instead of a hotel and it is great if you spend multiple nights.
