Perfect For Us Cyclists
Ok so I would have given this 5 stars but there were a few little things that I believe should have been taken care of before we arrived.
The house was perfectly located for us and great for families; however, the beds in the 2 other bedrooms weren't even doubles so really only good for kids. Also all the beds you needed a stepladder to get into. Apart from that the house was great but did need a little TLC. The cleaning left a lot to be desired and there was a fair amount of dust around (under all the furniture in the master bedroom and the mirrors in the living room definitely needed some cleaning. It was great that the washer and dryer were there for our use but the dryer is for sure on it's last legs as it made the worst noise. We only used it once!
Greg was amazingly responsive to all our requests and got back to us immediately.
As I said had the house been a little less tired I would definitely have given this a 5 star rating.
Everything was very comfortable. Particularly enjoyed sitting on the patio after our bike rides when it was zero in the Midwest.
Gregg, the owner was very responsive to our needs. The property was in a great location, close to the grocery stores and restaurants. The backyard was wonderful for the dog. There are a few things about the property that need attention: The dryer is very loud and on it's last legs, Gregg said he was working on replacing that; and the heater worked fine but also loud, probably needs some maintenance. A few additional items we observed were: the window's were hard to open and some did not have screens or the screens were shredded and the blinds in the kitchen should either be removed or fixed.
Cozy quiet home and neighborhood. We loved the stay and surrounding area was simply beautiful. We were here for a baseball camp that the U of A coaches put on and the drive was about a half hour but that gave us the opportunity to experience Oro Valley and the surrounding Tucson area. Well worth the drive! The home that Gregg and Renee shared with us was wonderful and had all the amenities a family would need to be comfortable and a “home away from home”. Thanks for the hospitality and when we return we would love to stay here again.
Great Place To Stay for a Week!!
This home worked very well for my family (2 adults, 4 teenagers). There is plenty of sleeping room, the kitchen and outdoor grill are awesome and the amenities for downtime, (SatTV, Netflix) were perfect for teenagers wanting to relax. There are plenty of amenities close by but you're also close to getting out of the city. Overall I would highly recommend this home if you're considering spending a week in the north Tucson/Oro Valley area.
Great house, great location, great host!
Had a great stay with no real issues! The house was immaculate and well appointed. The backyard was amazing for the family!
Will definitely book again in the future!
Many golf courses about 10 minutes away. Incredible mountain and road cycling. There are many attractions in Tucson including, The Gem and Mineral show in January-February, the Pima Air and Space Museum, the Arizona Sonoran Desert Museum, the Tucson Zoo, Davis Monthan Air Force Base, Old Tucson Studios, Saguaro National Monuments, etc...
