Responsive owner team .... fabulous location in center Malibu . This property is not in Topanga ... it at first confused us ... it is in the very BEST location in Malibu ... Loved it !

Perfect spot in central Malibu
100 ' of frontage directly on the sandy beach ... The Master Suite is all on the same level . The enclosed and secure green garden is great for kids and pets .
We had a blast . The beach is Devine !
At its entry , this Beach House has a walled very large ( more than 1/2 tennis court sized ) beautiful grass garden that is terrific for children and pets . Very Paparazzi proof ! Its location on desirable Malibu Road can not be beat .Malibu Road is un-rivaled for being a central location to all amenities for which Malibu is famous .
