Great value, great location!
Sweet little spot!
We were very comfortable a Ginny's house. She was very easy and open to communicate with and her house was really cute. Beds were super comfortable, neighborhood was quiet and private (located down a private driveway off Wolff St.). Walking distance to Tennyson Ave. restaurants and shops and a bit of a longer, but nice walk to 32nd Ave. This was a perfect spot for our Northside reunion! Thanks Ginny!
Thanks, Anne, I'm glad your family gathering went well and that you found my home comfortable. Please tell your dad thanks for fixing my gate and anything else he put worked on while he was here. Come back anytime! Ginny
quiet yet convenient
This quiet, clean and cozy place is at the end of a private narrow dead end street so no walkby or driveby traffic. Yet it is close to groceries and other conveniences. A morning walk showed a quiet nice neighborhood with a nearby park. It was easy to get to, (Google maps took us right to it), but hard to see the sign at night among the beautiful foliage (we drove 16 hours to get there) so if you arrive after dark get out with a flashlight and you will see the road sign . Owner Ginny was friendly, helpful and very available by text. Thanks Ginny, for the use of your home!
Thank you, Steve. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay.
Perfect house for our stay!
My sister lives in Denver very close to this house. The house itself was clean and it had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook and we loved having the washer/dryer unit in the house. I loved how the house was at the end of the long private driveway and we had a nice patio to sit outside while our kids could ride their scooters and play. The house was also very close to the grocery store and a park was nearby for the kids. We will be back for sure and would highly recommend this to anyone.
Thank you Jill! I'm so glad it was pleasant for you and close to your sister. I would love to have you back soon. Ginny
A cozy, comfortable spot
We were visiting our daughter nearby and needed two extra bedrooms. This was a perfectly located and very comfortable spot, way better and less expensive than taking two hotel or motel rooms. The beds were fine and everything was clean. Ginny was lovely about arrangements when we had to shift dates slightly and her check-in and check-out instructions were clear. We were practically across the street from a Sprouts and super close to the great Tennyson Street area.
