Look up Abalone Cove on the to see a video of this private, natural beach. Clear water when there is no surf so bring some snorkeling equipment. Studio is across the highway from this beautiful, natural reserve beach.
Very private, romantic and spacious studio.
Remodeled 400 asf studio with a 400 asf patio, attached. It's private, on far side of a tri-level house. It has a full kitchen, air conditioning ( you probably won't need it) and it is .25 miles from the cliffs of the ocean where you can walk down to the water and beaches that are remote with tide pools.
Terranea resort is about a 20 minute walk or (about 1.2 miles), 1 minute drive. Wayfarers is the closest to the studio, a 10 minute walk. Let's not forget Trump golf course on the other side, which is a 2-3 mile walk ( a bit far too walk) mile south.
The studio is sound proofed 75% with the doors and windows closed. There is a sound machine in the room to make it closer to 100% soundproof when that is on. Listen to different types of white, brown or pink noise. Streams, waterfalls or ocean can be heard as well on the sound machine, if desired.
All in all, it is located in one of the most rugged, beautiful places in all of Rancho Palos Verdes with lots of open space to hike in the hills for miles. A great workout!
There are bike trails too which if ambitious, you can ride all the way to Malibu with some street riding in between. Or take the 26 mile loop around RPV that is a common ride for bikers.
See all photos. View of ocean from patio when your standing. Beautiful ocean views on the drive to the studio.
Kitchen is full size with all utensils and cooking equipment that you will need. I keep regular and decaf coffee in the freezer.
There is a fireplace/heater hanging on the wall next to a king bed that has quality bedding and allergy free protectors on the bed and pillows.
