Newly built cabin on 31 acres of wooded land with lots of wildlife, and very private. The cabin is provided with dishes, silverware, pots and pans, Bunn coffee maker, towels, washcloths, a stacked washer/dryer, and ice maker. There are 2 bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. Our guests can relax to the sound of the creek near the porch, where guests can sit and enjoy a fire in the large fire pit. The owner has built approximately two miles of trails that the guests can enjoy right from the cabin. The property borders National Forest where the well known Columbia Mountain Trail runs the Rocky Mountain Range for miles. Glacier National Park is only 15-20 minutes from the property. The trail head is less than 5 minutes from the cabin. The Flathead Valley is home to the small towns of Whitefish, Columbia Falls, Hungry Horse, Bigfork and Kalispell, all within 10 to 35 minutes from the cabin. If you are looking for a nice quiet place to relax in the evening this is the cabin for you. Due to the 1/2 wall in the loft we can only rent to adults.

My friend and I had a great time at this lovely retreat. The beds are so comfortable and the decor is lovely. Relaxing by the babbling brook in the evenings was my favorite part. We'll definitely be back! Thanks Laura and Ben
Thank you for taking the time to give us a review. We hope you make it back someday, we are very happy that you and your friend were comfortable.
Wonderful log cabin and surrounding area. Total peace and quiet with a personal babbling brook.
So nice and relaxing in solitude. Heard a dog ONCE the entire time we were there.
The babbling brook was constantly being commented on as one of the best parts.
House had everything needed for a comfortable stay.
Trail leading to 3 photographable waterfalls was a hit for my daughter and I. Spots on trail ARE a little strenuous, but have to expect that on the side of a mountain.
Everyone I have showed the cabin to have loved the cabin look.
Thank you Raymond for staying and enjoying the cabin and surrounding area.
Fabulous Cabin Retreat
The Timber Creek Cabin is the most beautifully appointed cabin we have ever rented. The cabin is only the beginning of a restful journey to Glacier National Park. The setting is peaceful and quiet. The stream running along the cabin is delightful especially during the evening fire pit that we thoroughly enjoyed. Do bring mosquito spray for sure. The mosquitos did not keep us inside at all but the spray is necessary. Laura and her family were perfect hosts. The cabin is meticulously clean and well kept. Thank you for a fabulous stay. We will return.
Thank you Anne for staying at our cabin, and the great review. My husband and I work hard on making the cabin comfortable for our guests. We hope you do find your way back some day.
The cabin is beautiful and the babbling brook is perfect. It is a very new and nice cabin and they have done some nice appointments. The only things that I think should be noted is that there is no air conditioning (as noted in ad) and that there is very little seating in living area. The only seating to lounge is a love seat which is not very comfortable for 2 so as long as you are hanging outside or out and away from cabin you will be good.
Thank you Kristi for your review. There is an air conditioner for the cabin and it was installed after your visit since the weather continues to stay hot. I had to wait for a break between guests to install it. If you would have contacted me that it was needed during your stay I would have immediately installed it. Also there is a couch in the living room that is very comfortable and a rocking chair. There is also a table and four cushioned chairs on the deck that are very comfortable, in addition to the wicker love seat. Thank you for staying at our cabin.
Quiet, beautiful spot
We loved this cabin. In a quiet area, but easy access to Glacier National Park. The cabin is very nice. We had some minor questions, and Laura was very quick to respond and help us. Definitely highly recommend this property. Thank you Laura for a wonderful stay.
Cute, clean, comfortable cabin. It was perfect! Away from everything but still close to town. Beautifully decorated and everything is new. Sitting on the porch drinking coffee next to the creek was such a bonus. We loved it.
Glacier National Park, approximately 15 miles away. Enjoy hiking, souvenir shops, wildlife viewing or driving the road to the sun.
