The Colonnade Club is an exceptionally admirable ground floor apartment that is perfectly suitable for vacationing families. This wonderful first-floor condo is favorably in proximity to the luxurious community pool and a stone throw distance to the marvelous Hilton Head Island beach.

Situated within oaks and palms, these luminous and expansive villas provide the perfect room for vacation synced with serenity, comfort, and luxury for families. Some of the major villa features that keep attracting many guests are; a comfortable living room with sleeper sofa, an entertainment hub offering beautiful views of golf courses and palm trees and its electronic fireplace among many others.

Located on the right, very close this unit's entrance is the exquisite kitchen; offering everything a cook could ever want. The modern and luxurious kitchen incorporates a dining room table, a desirable kitchen bar and opposite the kitchen is the laundry room.

Then there is the perfectly designed dining area containing up to six people at once. Proceeding away from the dining area is a warm and comfortable living room that comes with a functioning electric fireplace. As if that isn't comfortable enough, the sofa in the living room turns out to be a pullout sleeper. These features equip the living room to provide maximum relaxation to every visitor irrespective of their taste.

As of recent, the master bathroom was refurbished to look just like any other modern luxury villa; with granite countertops, a shower/bath combo and stone tile flooring. The exquisite master bedroom offers a large walk-in closet, a king bed, a sitting chair and a breathtaking view of the fascinating Colonnade Club common grounds. The master bedroom also comes with a voguish double sink and white tiled bath. On the left side is a comfortable and desirable bedroom with twin beds, a remodeled bathroom, and copious closet space.

If you are a lover of luxury sports or simply like engaging yourself in recreational activities, the Colonnade Club has you covered. This splendid vacation destination is surrounded by Shipyard Plantation, providing access to the beach, tennis courts, golf courses, pool house, heated spa and an on-site pool. The access roads to the beach club and beach facilities follow a paved path that is specifically designed for biking and walking alone. It also provides community gas grills right on the Colonnade Club grounds for outdoor grilling preferences.

What's more? Shipyard Plantation is a central destination on the Hilton Head Island which houses over two-hundred restaurants, major shopping centers, and world-class golf courses. Running for over twelve miles of white sandy beach, the plantation also offers visitors with tennis courts, bike paths, lagoons and much more. it was okay, not what I was expecting

The main disappointment was there were no directions to things, such as pool and beach. We had to ask other guest. Also feel there needed to be beach parking passes, because the walk is hard with small children.The rental itself was well equipped, but needed some updates(vents were rusted, certain switches didn't work).Also there was animal hair on the bar and smelled of cat urine.

Has potential but.....

I really hate to criticize because we enjoyed our stay. But the rental company or owners need to address a couple issues. We had to buy candles and air freshners to address the musty smell, and the a/c and ceiling fan in the living room was not working. The screened porch needs some attention. The condo layout was good, very quiet, nice pool, access to the beach club parking was great, but we could have had a better experience.

Condo needs some updates. It smelled moldy especially in the master bath.

The garbage disposal did not work, the AC in the living room did not work. It had a bad smell. The location was great and very close to the pool. Shipyard was a nice resort area.

Exactly as described. Mgmt company needs work.

The property is conveniently located near everything you would need for your stay on the island. The condo itself was exactly as described. Well appointed kitchen, large bedrooms and bath rooms as well as a nice dining area. The grounds are very well maintained and the grilling area was a nice bonus. However, the floor by the refrigerator was water damaged and had obvious black mold. The smell was evident throughout the condo. It was bearable with open windows and doors. There was also mold in both showers. The ceiling fans have never been cleaned and fling dust clumps onto the ceiling. We sent an email to the management company via their website where they direct you to contact them. There was no response at all for 3 days. All the management company contacted us about was when we were going to check out so they could send in the cleaning crew early. We hope the owners take notice because this is really a nice condo. Perfect for families with a convenient walk to the beach. A little attention to these details or communication from the mgmt. company and this would be 5 stars.
