About the property

3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, Sleeps 10

Escape to the sea in this beautifully renovated townhouse! From the courtyard fountain to the community pool and the ocean across the street, you and your family will never be far from the water.

Seascape 3226 is a stunning 3-level townhouse that features unique architecture and huge windows that let in copious natural light. In the living room on the first floor, you’ll find a richly colored sleeper sofa, loveseat, and overstuffed armchair that coordinate beautifully with the large geometric rug and hardwood floors. Relax into the cushions as you use the free Wifi to upload a few vacation photos. Wherever you sit, you’ll have a perfect view of the flat-screen TV, and the family will happily gather here for a movie night!

The wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling windows contain a sliding glass door that leads to a wooden patio with a lovely view of the resort. Sit at the large square table and enjoy a hot mug of coffee in the morning as a wonderful way to start the day. For an easy meal, fire up the grill and cook up a quick barbeque! Everyone will enjoy eating outside as a fun change of pace.

Four columns uphold a set of archways that mark the divide between the living and dining areas, but the layout flows nicely. All your guests can stay easily connected throughout Seascape 3226! The dining room is brightly illuminated and contains a large hardwood table and chairs over an elegant rug. Six people can comfortably fit around the table for a family dinner or a night playing board games!

The kitchen feels bright and airy, thanks to the wall of windows and recessed overhead lighting that shines off the stainless steel and white décor. There’s plenty of counter space for food preparation, and the range of large and small appliances provide everything you need to whip up a quick breakfast or a buffet dinner! A pass-through window to the living room adds extra functionality and makes it easy to hand snacks or drinks through to your guests.

Head up the stairs and you’ll discover two bedrooms and a guest bathroom on the second floor of Seascape 3226. The first bedroom is decorated in soothing shades of sage and chocolate, with gently swaying trees visible through the tall window. Two double beds await your guests, whether they are younger travelers or adult guests. A couple with children would love it here! A dresser and side table offer space to unpack, while the flat-screen TV gives your guests a great source of entertainment.

The second bedroom is extremely large, with two big closets and a big, squishy chair next to the queen-sized bed. One wall is taken up entirely by windows and a door that leads to a private covered balcony. It’s a peaceful place where you can sit and listen to the wind in the nearby trees. Once you’re ready to sleep after a busy day, the slatted shades ensure a good night’s rest.

The guest bathroom on the second floor is nicely renovated and modern, with granite countertops above a dark wooden vanity. There’s lots of room to get ready here! The wide walk-in shower features beautiful large tiles in earthy shades, with high-end finishes. Your guests will really appreciate having a bathroom to themselves.

The master suite of Seascape 3226 is located on the third and top floor of the townhouse. The windows span an entire wall of this room, and you’ll be impressed by the light streaming in and the lush views of the resort outside. The king bed sits near the windows where you can enjoy the scenery, or lean against the headboard and catch a show on the flat-screen TV. There’s a very large dresser where you can quickly unpack, or take advantage of the closet and hang up your clothes. Your toiletries will easily fit in the vanity in the master bathroom, which is topped with a modern granite countertop. After a long day at the beach, you’ll love having a hot shower in your private bathroom retreat!

The laundry room in this townhouse makes packing even easier; pack light, knowing that you can have clean clothes mid-vacation! Dry swimsuits and towels are a delight when you live by the beach, making it easy to head right to the water every day. Seascape 3226 has a pristine community pool that is surrounded by comfortable lounge chairs and tall, green trees. Choose a seat in the sun or the shade, or dive into the cool blue water for a swim! If the kids still have energy to spend, take them to the playground for some swinging and climbing.

This townhouse is just across the street from Coligny Beach, so you can pack up a picnic basket and be there in minutes. Spend a day building sandcastles and collecting seashells beside the gentle waves, or walk for hours in the soft, warm sand. You can’t help but relax as you take in the sea air! Head to Harbour Town, where you can walk by the lighthouse and visit the marina. Check out the shops, or take the kids for a game of mini-golf. There’s so much to do here that one visit may not be enough! Book your first vacation here today, and start planning your trip right away!

Good space for family of 5

  • 3 of 5

The condo had a nice amount of room however there were some things that needed repaired. The master bedroom shower handle was broke and we had trouble adjusting the hot/cold temperatures. Whenever we would take showers water would leak through the kitchen ceiling. It looked like someone drilled a hole in the ceiling to allow the water to drain but we had to put a garbage can under the hole to catch the water. The dishwasher was never really installed correctly so when you would open the door to load the machine it would start to pull out from under the counter.

There is a serious water leak from the middle tub to the lkitchen.

  • 2 of 5

We rented this unit last year also. It is becoming run down with several issues that need to be addressed, the most serious being the leak. This was present last year also and caused a portion of the kitchen ceiling to collapse. Although repair was attempted it is still leaking. The two bedrooms of the middle floor are uncomfortably warm to sleep in. The microwave over the stove is broken and the two outlets on the sink side of the kitchen are not working. We will not rent this unit again.

A work in progress

  • 1 of 5

It is obvious the owners of this property are gradually trying to upgrade and renovate the property. When we first arrived there was an extremely pungent odor in the unit that reeked of either mold and/or sewage. The smell was so strong it made all of us nauseas. We left the air on, left windows open and left the unit for a while. When we returned it seemed to have slightly dissipated, but returned periodically and randomly throughout the week. I called the rental office to try to move to a different unit but no one answered. I chose the option to speak to the emergency maintenance guy who was very friendly. Unfortunately he was unable to help with moving us to a new unit and also couldn't get in touch with anyone in the office. The kitchen was VERY small for a unit that could potentially sleep 10.

You literally couldn't have more than 2 people in the kitchen at once. It was very ill-equipped for cooking any actual meal. We cooked one meal the day after we arrived and decided not to eat in again which was disappointing because we try to cook in several nights with a weekly stay so we can enjoy the beach longer. There were no baking dishes/pans. There was only once decent mixing bowl. There were no measuring cups or spoons. The oven, although it appeared to be relatively new, cooked on high on the bottom and hardly at all on top unless it was set to broil so I burned the bread on both the top and bottom to where it was unedible. The dishwasher was not mounted to the cabinet so when you pulled out the bottom tray you had to hold onto it so it wouldn't roll into the floor. The can opener did not open the can, it only made it into a lethal weapon. We had to drop the AC down to nearly 60 every night because the 2 bedrooms on the middle floor were stifling hot during the night. the bathrooms had been updated, but they neglected a large round area in the middle of the bathtub that could literally slice your foot open because the fiberglass was raised up. the dryer may need a new heating element as it took almost 3 hours to dry a small load of clothes. All of this after the management company charged me an additional $114 over and above what was in my signed contract and all of the emails I received prior to my arrival. Their employee put the wrong amount in the contract. They threatened to cancel my reservation if I continued to dispute it. I have already started disputing that charge once again now that I am home.
