Our home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a hide-a-bed, walk-in showers and a modern kitchen. Roomy inside, the development is also open and spacious, with the entire complex beautifully landscaped with lush, manicured lawns. This is Palm Springs at its best, with mature citrus trees of many types, 8 swimming pools, tennis and pickle ball courts, a putting green and a community barbecue area with several natural gas grills.
The building itself is a triplex inside and near the back of a secure gated community near Tahquitz Creek Golf Resort. The unit a quiet retreat with only two neighbors, a place for rest and relaxation. It is all one level, with a walk in closet, walk-in-showers with grab bars and ADA toilets. The garage is used for storage, including two bicycles and new washer and dryer.

There is a walking/bicycle path across from the development. Information about local dog parks and dog friendly hiking trail is available. Within a mile and half radius, you can walk or bike ride to Trader Joe’s, Target, Vons, Lowe’s, Bed Bath & Beyond, Starbucks, Rubio’s, Walmart and other establishments. Downtown is 5 miles away, so by car, you are only 10 minutes from movie theaters, casinos and fine dining.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome on-leash within the complex, with the usual conventions: Pick up after your Pooch and Pipe Down (No excessive barking). We have a 50 ft leash on site, which allows Duffy to go in and out of the house, when we have the back doors open.
