Our cute and cozy beach condo is right across the street from the beach, We have several restaurants, grocery, pharmacy, and convenience store within very easy walking distance. Pier Park with a wide variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment is 1 mile away.
We have ocean views from both our front door and balcony, The balcony also overlooks the swimming pool and faces east toward Pier Park and during special events you can view the fireworks show.
Washer and dryer are in unit, 2 flat screen TVs, CD player, Bose Wave radio, queen bed in bedroom, and queen sleeper sofa,
Kitchen is fully furnished with coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, and blender.
The unit has new tile flooring and fresh paint!
Raised ceiling in living room area with skylights.
The unit is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator.
Smoking is NOT ALLOWED in condo or on balcony.
Monthly rentals are available Nov-March.
No renters under 25.
And in March, no renters under 30,
No pets allowed.
We reside in Tallahassee, Florida, a little over 2 hours from Panama City Beach.
We have greatly enjoyed our beach condo over the years and have just decided to try the rental market.

We love the beach and this property provides very easy beach access and is located on the "west end" of Panama City Beach, which is quieter and less congested than to the east.

This property is exactly as stated. It was very clean on arrival and everything worked. The kitchen is well equipped. We came down to fish and relax and it served our needs well. It's a great space for 2 people.
I would note for those that have issues with stairs, it could be a challenge.
I would also note the queen bed is extremely soft. It didn't work well for my crazy back. That's just a matter of preference on my part though.
Doug and Kathy were great to deal with and respond in a timely manner. We received our deposit in a timely manner.
We loved our stay, had everything you would need. Only drawback is on the fourth floor. But if you can handle the stairs it's perfect! Walking distance to everything you need, yet far enough away from the chaos. Perfect views and nice pool area. Owners are great, and very easy to get a hold of. Look forward to staying again! Kitchen is fully equipped as well.
